  • Loved our vacation!

"We just spent the month of September at this beautiful condo. Yes, the condo has been freshly painted and has brand new carpeting. The condo is well appointed and has a well stocked kitchen allowing one to prepare home cooked meals. The balcony has been enclosed and turned into a separate reading/tv area with a comfortable couch, chair and end tables. The sliding door separates this area from the living room providing two separate areas for relaxation. In addition to the most comfortable condo, there is an immaculate well appointed gym, indoor pool, outdoor pool with all the amenities needed. There is also a separate barbecue area with two well stocked charcoal grills. Great afternoon at the pool followed by grilled steaks and/or salmon along with cold beers and wine. Great way to spend an afternoon. The beach is only five minutes away with two terrific restaurants right at the Surfside Pier. We highly recommend this lovely condo! We hope to return soon. • 4th Annual Family Trip

"My sister and our families have met in this area for the past 4 years. The first year we rented a house on Surfside Beach and the last 3 have been 2 houses on Garden City Beach and then this year we tried a condo on the beach. First, I must say we prefer the Garden City Beach area because of all the family type things to do at and near the pier; ice cream shop, diner, convenience store, souvenier shops, game room on the pier, bar & restaurant. The people are very friendly also. The condo was perfect for us, we had 2 adults and 2 kids so we had a bedroom we didn't use. Let me just say the pictures do not do this unit justice. Let me try and give you an idea of the layout as there aren't any pictures of the bedrooms. Through the main door to the unit you step into a 10x10 (approx) foyer area that houses the washer and dryer in a closet. This was the perfect catch all place for all things beachy (sand!!). There is another door to the actual living area. Directly across from this entry is the Queen bedroom with the half bath. Good size, great half bath. To the left and down the hall is the Kitchen, Dining area and Living area (pictured). Not overly huge but it is a condo and was plenty big for us. The living area opens to the balcony which was good size and private as it is on the corner. Another set of sliders on the left side of the balcony lead to the Master Bedroom which is also a good size with a very nice Master Bath. Across from the Kitchen and Dining area is the Hall Bath (also a good size and nice) and another bedroom. This bedroom actually has 2 Queen beds. One of the nice surprises was the upstairs Loft area. Perfect area for my 13 year old daughter and her friend as it has 2 single beds and its own private balcony. The pool was pretty nice also My sister and I decided we liked the condo very much and would absolutely rent this unit again. The owner was very nice and easy to work with, answering all of my questions. Pricing was reasonable and would definitely recommend."

  • Very Cozy and Convenient!

"We had a girls trip (6 of us) June 18-25 2016. This place was very nice and perfect for the six of us! We enjoyed all the bathrooms of course with 6 women! We also liked that it was close to many different grocery stores when we did decide to cook there. We did many different things in the area (Myrtle Beach, Huntington State Park, Board Walk, Mini golf, etc. as well as a sailboat charter in Georgetown (45 min.) and a day in Charleston (2hr. drive) We also enjoyed the pool near the townhouse! Definatly recommend this place! The only few negatives would be that the bedspreads (King bed) was very worn, and some of the towels had a few holes. The paper towel holder should be replaced, and the one sharp knife we found was falling apart. Also, make sure you check the toilet paper supply before you get some groceries to add to your list."

  • L&M

"Best beach condo my husband and I have enjoyed. Well equipped, comfortable, with outstanding view and easy access to beach. So many restaurants available and Linda's recommendations helped. We had excellent seafood dinners in Murrells Inlet area. Fun and entertaining visit to the Aquarian at Broadway at the Beach. Loved walking along the shore and playing in the waves. Great vacation for us!"
