  • A lovely beach vacation !

"The house was very accomdating for a week at the beach. Everything we needed was in the house. The house itself is very spacious. I smile now as I write this because we enjoyed it so. The golf cart makes all the difference in getting to and from the beach. The screen porch is delightful to relax on in the evening. We had a wonderful time. The property manager was only a phone call away. Looking forwArd to next year already."

  • Great vacation spot

"We loved our week in this condo. We were traveling with our (just turned) 1-year-old daughter and everything in the condo was great for our family. The view was one of the best of any places I've stayed, regardless of location. The location is super convenient. Everywhere we ate at for the week was within 1.5 of the complex and we didn't have a bad meal the entire week. The proximity to the beach was great as well. If we had any questions, Tony was extremely quick to respond both by email and text. A couple things to know before booking this condo: • It's right by the elevator. This was only a problem a couple times because our kid went to bed between 7 and 8. For families with older kids (or no kids), this isn't a problem at all. It's actually super convenient otherwise and you don't hear much noise from it. • There's not much privacy in the living room and on the deck. The neighbors to the left have a deck that goes out further than this unit and they can look directly onto your deck. The unit also overlooks the pool and since it's on the 3rd floor, people can look directly into the living room (if you're by the windows). Overall, this wasn't an issue at all for us but if privacy is something important to you, keep that in mind. (Note: there are shades you can cover the windows with, you just lose the incredible view when you cover the window.) • There's barely any beach at high tide. When the tide is out, there's tons of beach and it's not crowded at all. When the tide comes in, there's only about 20 feet of beach. This was never an issue for us but it'll help your stay if you keep up with the tide chart for when you're there. Overall, we had an incredible vacation in this condo. We'd definitely recommend it multiple times over."

  • Fabulous family get away

"I wanted a place where the whole family (ages 3 to 66) could find activities to suit their interests. This was perfect. The children fed the ducks and swans in our back yard, played in the pools and water park, played on the playground, built sand castles and surfed the waves. The adults enjoyed all this, plus fishing in the ponds and touring the grounds on the golf cart. The house was lovely and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and the whole neighborhood and beach area were clean and well taken care of. We were there the week of the 4th of July and the only negative was the traffic; but there are stores and shops nearby and you can drive the golf cart outside the gated community to them. I would definitely like a return visit to this property."
