  • Immaculate Property!

"Renting from VRBO for the first time, we were skeptical at what we'd walk in to upon arrival... Once we entered those doors, we were astonished! The condo was super clean with a warm feel of "home". It had all the amenities as listed with an awesome heated pool and a beach that were literally steps away. The property included umbrellas and beach chairs for use as well that worked out great, being on the beach July 4 weekend and to see the fireworks. Also, we were able to watch our kids from the pool and/or beach while sitting on the balcony. Having a laundry unit located in the condo was a plus! My only downfall was that SC had a heatwave the we were there. Thus, the property did not remain cool at all during the day. We cooked often since we had younger children and each time; the property became unbearable. Other than that, we would've gave this property a perfect 5 stars. Overall great property!"

  • Very nice unit

"This condo was very nice! Spacious with good quality furnishings, nice big balcony overlooking some South Carolina nature, a pond with a fountain, and a glimpse of the driving range. Kitchen was stocked with basics and then some (I got the impression that the owner uses the unit a lot, and is generous with sharing!) Linens and towels were a little tired. There were nice touches like USB chargers and extension cords, books, puzzles, and even....alcohol. We used the pool a lot, and it was fabulous---large, L-shaped, shallow and deep, and populated with polite friendly folks (but never crowded). The indoor pool was a welcome way to get cooler. The indoor hot tub was a disappointment, though----had less than a foot of water in it. The exercise room had new, clean, good-quality equipment. There were coupons in the unit good for free golf and other things. We followed our round of miniature golf with ice cream from the shop there--fun evenings and fun memories! Driving to the beach took about 5 minutes, tops. We noticed the shuttle but didn't use it. Rick responded immediately to any questions or concerns I had, from when I made the booking, throughout our stay. Thanks Rick! I will stay in this unit again next time I'm in Myrtle Beach."

  • last blast at the beach before school starts

"Just shared a family week at beautiful Surfside Beach in this great beach home. Proximity to the beach was absolutely awesome. Walk right out the back door and cross over to the beach access path. Close enough to leave the beach and go home for a snack or bathroom break also which was great. Walking distance on the beach was a great restaurant with a deck overlooking the ocean for lunch or an afternoon cocktail called The Conch, can go in beach clothes with just a cover-up. The home was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay at the beach, even beach chairs and an outdoor shower. The kitchen was fully equipped, even for a crowd, and there was laundry facilities and a cheery and comfortable atmosphere in the house. The community has an outdoor pool that my son enjoyed with his cousins, along with tennis courts, a new pickleball court, bocce courts, and a shaded playground area. The kids tried pickleball for the first time and loved it. There is also a large water park type pool for the little kids and a zero entry lounge pool for the adults. This area has so much to do without leaving the community. If you do leave, check out the marsh walk in Murrells Inlet, just outside all the great restaurants, Market Commons, Broadway at the Beach, miniature golf galore, and shopping too. Truly something for everyone and this home is close to all the action. Our kids really enjoyed renting a golf cart for the week from Oceanside Village, they loved taking night rides through the community. Hope you have a great time here as we did."

  • Great Location!

"We loved our stay here. Super location! The short walk to beach was just awesome, as I did not have to break out my buggy to haul everything. We just carried our chairs and beach towels. This was super convenient. The location of the condo to great restaurants was awesome. We recommend River City Café, within walking distance, Benjamin's Bakery, and the Pickled Cucumber. We also visited Brookgreen Garden's, Old Time Pottery, and Hunnington Beach State Park. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the size of the shower/tub in the master bedroom. It made me feel small because it was so tall! Would recommend to others and we are hoping to come back ourselves. Thanks for making our stay awesome!"
