  • Great stay AGAIN!!!

"Once again, we vacationed at Hawks Crossing this Thanksgiving for the Clemson/SC game. Wonderful stay, the amenities in the house were PERFECT!! My niece and nephew that are students at Clemson came up to eat lunch and stayed the entire day! They enjoyed it as much as we did AND managed to stay off their cell phones the entire day. They even sent me a text when they got back to Clemson that night saying how much they enjoyed their time with us... QUALITY TIME! The owner is always accommodating and the detailed information you receive upon check-in answers any questions you may have. Plan on booking again for 2018! Great cabin at a great value."

  • Great view, comfortable arrangements.

"Wonderful cabin with great views off the back porch. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and was pleasant to talk to. Would certainly stay here again."

  • Great place on the lake

"My husband and I stayed here as we are thinking about retiring in the area. The house is really nice, and the location on the lake is fantastic. It is situated on a cove that keeps the boat traffic and noise down. The two docks are really nice, and we sat out there after the sun went down and enjoyed the peace and quiet and beautiful view. The house is really large with lots of space for sitting, sleeping, family gathering, etc. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The lake is great for swimming as well."

  • Peaceful Retreat

"This immaculately clean and comfortable cabin is one of several nestled deep in the woods on Cantrell Mountain, ten to fifteen minutes' driving time from downtown Brevard. Sitting on either of the two decks high among the fall foliage was sublime. The cabin is well stocked and very tastefully accessorized, and its two bedrooms on separate floors allow for private time, almost like having two separate apartments. The kitchen is quite small, but well provisioned and functional for preparing simple meals. We would highly recommend White Squirrel!"
