  • Great stay!

"Thanks for letting our family stay at Hearts Ease! We've been going to this area on vacation for several years now and this is the best location we've stayed at! The cabin was wonderful and clean with a great view! This property is ideal for anyone going to Dollywood! My kids loved the cabin and always loved the pool table! The kitchen is set up with all the amenities you would need if you plan on cooking at the cabin. Very nice place to stay and will be back next year! Thanks!"

  • Ideal Base for Your Visit to the National Park and/or Gatlinburg

"When my family of five arrived, my daughter said, "Can we live here?" A week later, we were all sad to leave this beautiful cabin. The cabin is located in a log cabin community. You will be located only a few miles from either the National Park or the very touristy downtown Gatlinburg. You will have some neighbors, but the cabin feels private. You are well separated from all the craziness of Gatlinburg. Because this cabin is located on a hilltop, from the back deck, you can see a few neighboring rooftops. Sight lines are well considered, and you can sit in the hot tub on the deck, enjoy the mountain view, and feel that you have total privacy. There is a community pool within a minute or two drive of the cabin. The pool is nothing special (think hotel pool), but it's clean, well maintained and convenient to access. Our kids enjoyed spending a couple afternoons playing there. The interior of the cabin is in excellent condition, very clean and well maintained, and tastefully decorated with a mountain cabin theme. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics. We prepared and ate most of our meals in the cabin, and we had everything we needed. Our favorite feature of the cabin was the deck with the hot tub, porch swing, rockers and beautiful view. The cabin was a good fit for our family of five. Our youngest slept on a twin air mattress, which is provided in the cabin. The entrance to the National Park is easily within reach. If you're looking for a little "off the beaten path" hiking while you're in the area, we would recommend the Porter's Creek Trail in the Greenbrier area. The trailhead is only 10 minutes from the cabin. Do yourself a favor and pick up some of the epic cinnamon rolls from the Mountain Lodge Restaurant, only 5 minutes away."

  • Amazing! Everything we hoped for & more!

"We stayed here the first week in July and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice! We vacationed with our two daughters (ages 10 & 14) and my mother. The layout was perfect as the girls were able to have their own space on the bottom floor and the first floor master was perfect for my mom so she wouldn't need to climb stairs. My husband and I enjoyed the solitude of the 3rd floor and the private balcony! The house and decor was beautiful and cozy, yet with room to spread out. We ate most meals at the cabin and found the kitchen well stocked to suit all of our cooking needs. Having a washer and dryer was also very convenient, so we didn't have to travel home with dirty laundry. The water pressure in the showers was wonderful and the hot water plentiful. We experienced thunderstorms on most days of our stay and that only enhanced the beauty of the area. We did lose power for about 2 hours and Pam was absolutely wonderful and contacted the power company to inform them of the outage. We were very surprised at how quickly the power was restored given the fierceness of the storm. It was quite wild to watch from the safety and comfort of the house! The drive up to the house was an experience as the road is windy and narrow, but it was paved and the parking area was perfect for our two cars. It was nice being able to carry things directly into the kitchen in just a few steps. You are located very close to the Arts and Crafts loop and very convenient to the grocery store and all the stores and attractions in Gatlinburg. Definitely take your time to explore the National Park. We saw a momma bear and two cubs on our way to Cades Cove and a couple of days later watched a herd of 14 elk just outside of Smokemont on our way to Cherokee. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! You cannot go wrong selecting this cabin for your vacation! Thank you very much Pam for your wonderful hospitality! ~The Stanley's from Vermont"

  • Great cabin, not as secluded as we would have liked

"The Cabin was great! Nice and clean!!! Enjoyed having a kitchen with everything you could need. Hot tub was great after walking around Gatlinburg all day. Would like to visit I'm the colder months to take advantage of the fireplace."
