  • Heaven on Earth!!

"Utopia in the mountains of Tennessee! This treehouse has it all - hot tub, porch and fireplace! And all just a short drive from Nashville! If you are looking to get away to nature but still have luxurious surroundings, look no further. Sheila and Andy and crew have created the most wonderful place on earth. Nestled among the trees are three uniquely designed and decorated houses that you will never want to leave. If you want a romantic weekend or a family weekend (we took our daughter and her dog this time), this place offers it all. Monteagle also has lots of charm and offers great hiking and outdoor activities. The restaurants vary from fast food to delicious cuisine (High Point and Dave's Modern Tavern are both musts!) Or cook your own fantastic meals in the well equipped kitchens or on the grill at the treehouse. They also have a fire pit that is great for roasting marshmallows and watching the fire in the beautiful surroundings. Morning coffee on the porch is the best - it was hard to tear ourselves away to go and explore a bit. All the furnishings are over the top wonderful from the exquisite bathroom with the beautiful tile work and rain shower head to the sliding barn door on the bedroom. A mixture of eclectic pieces puts the cherry on the top of this delightful getaway - a must do! We will be back."

  • Beautiful Quiet Surroundings

"Red Oak Hollow was the perfect spot for both my son and I. Both the home and the property are lovingly cared for. Mesha offered us the pick of anything we could use from her herb and vegetable garden. The kitchen is more the adequately equipped as well as the rest of the home. We were there for a wedding which kept us busy so, it was nice to retreat to Red Oak to reinvigorate and enjoy the tranquility. Red Oak Hollow is definitely on my favorites list. Thanks Mesha and Tim for making this such a peaceful stay."
