  • Perfect spot on the lake

"The family had a perfect weekend. Easy access to the lake, boat ramp just a few houses down, protected area so can leave boat in the water while there. We certainly hope to return!"

  • Bayview Lane House

"This is a really new house and it was wonderful. We looked at many houses on or near Lake Livingston and this house was the newest and the lowest priced. High speed internet was smoking hot, and the Owners added the NFL channel to the cable at our request. Wonderful house and great Owners. This house is highly recommended and we're hoping to stay there again."

  • Cozy home, right on the lake, with a large deck to relax and view the sunsets!

"My family and friends spent the weekend here. We were lucky to get it since we booked at the very last minute, but the owners were so nice and accommodating. The home was fully furnished, clean & homey, and easily fit the eight of us. It definitely felt like a home away from home. The place backs right on to Lake Livingston, with a dock area for boating, fishing and wading. The best feature is easily the massive deck. It overlooks the lake, and is the best place to see the sunset and view the stars at night. From there, you can relax while watching the rest of your family frolic in the lake or play football in the large backyard. It was probably not meant for this, but the little ones loved kicking around the soccer ball on the deck. There was enough room for them to play, and since the deck is enclosed, the parents didn't have to worry about the kids or the ball falling into the lake. We did have to call a timeout though when using the outdoor grill for BBQ and the chimenea for toasting marshmallows. Good thing they were easily bribed by smores! The house itself is spacious, fully-stocked, and has lots of beds available. We made use of their indoor/outdoor centralized surround sound the entire weekend, thanks to our iPhone and Pandora! The place has three bedrooms, but the best is the room where all the kids slept in. It has two bunk beds, and it's own flat-screen TV to watch DVDs on. After dinner, we just threw all the kids in that room and closed the door. The kids watched a movie before sleeping, while us adults enjoyed wine and card games. We had a great weekend here and would definitely go back again."

  • Spacious Lake Livingston home with a fantastic view

"I stayed in this home for three nights with seven other fishermen from my bass club and we all had a wonderful stay. The kitchen/living room on the second floor was the focal point for our group because we shared our evening meals there, watched football, and shared our daily fishing activities with each other. The kitchen had every appliance we needed for meal preparation, plenty of cookware and dishes for our group. The large screen television was very popular and also visible from the kitchen table. The various sleeping accommodations met every need including one person who needed a recliner for sleeping. Because we were participating in a bass tournament on Lake Livingston, we found the nearby public boat ramp very convenient. The second refrigerator on the first floor provided plenty of convenience for storing ice and cold drinks that were needed each day. We had four vehicles and four boats so we had to use the owner's nearby property for parking several of our vehicles/boats. We were prepared for charging batteries and we brought plenty of extension cord to accomplish this daily task. This beautiful lake home made our trip so much more enjoyable than it would have been had we stayed in a motel. We had so much more space, easy access to the lake, and a great place to share meals and our fishing stories."
