  • We always love coming to the moon tower!

"We were so devastated to find out it had been sold. This place holds a special place in our hearts! Due to losing loved ones we celebrated with here. The only tiny complaint we had was there wasn't any propane for the grill. Otherwise it was great!"

  • Nice place

"We celebrated a 80th birthday party and Thanksgiving at this great house. The house is wonderful and the view is outstanding. The driveway is a bid steep, but the parking can be managed. It is nice to also have 2 parking spaces at street level. The house had plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. There was only one old TV in the living room, which was a bid of a problem. There is carpet in the kitchen and one has to be careful as not to stain it working on the sink and stove. There is no regular dinning room table, only two bar heights tables, one in the kitchen and one in the game room, that can be put together to seat 8. It would be better to have a regular dinning room table so all of us could sit and eat together on one table. The game room as a big hit with the younger ones and the young at heart. We took walks down to the lake and one evening were invited to join some local residents with a camp fire, which was a wonderful treat. We had a great time at this wonderful house and hope to be able to return sometimes in the future."

  • Beautiful resort and very family friendly!

"We stayed in the Pavillion House for three nights over Labor Day. The only complaint I have is the toilet in the second bathroom is located in such a way that it is difficult for tall people! Beauty is everywhere here, wild flowers, peacocks, lake view, hummingbirds, and butterflies. We brought two ten year old girls who are now exhausted from all the fun they had. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Love the Pavillion area, too. The dock is in great shape and perch are plentiful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have quality family time in a rustic setting."

  • Quiet Relaxing Family New Years

"Our stay at the Lakeview Cabin was exactly what we needed and expected. We were looking for a quiet family get away for new years and that's what we got. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Plus it has a well stocked pantry which is a nice perk. We spent our days walking the trials, going down to the lake to through rocks with our toddler (!), taking naps, and generally relaxing. In the evening we had campfires and made smores. The fact that this cabin is pet friendly was wonderful for us as well. We like to travel with our dog. Catherine was very helpful in planning our trip. We would recommend the Lakeview Cabin for anyone looking to get away for a while and relax."
