  • Excellent place, great value

    "Comfortable, spacious, sun drenched, peaceful, well decorated rental. Cathedral ceiling with large windows looking out south/southwest to nature preserve and Park City / Canyons mountains. Home is on the outer perimeter of the self sufficient development which has multiple restaurants, shopping, Whole Foods, coffee shop, hotel - all accessible on foot. Home's patio steps out onto the paved trailhead which can take you east or west into the hills if you wish to go for a run, hike or bike ride. Bus stop to the Park City or Canyons ski area / village is few blocks away, or you can use uber or lyft (4-8min drive respectively). 2 minutes from freeway. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. Will be back definitely."

  • Great location, very well furnished, equipped and clean

    "Kathy: Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us for July and August. It was definitely a home away from home with a beautiful view of the mountains which we love. The unit is very well equipped and filled all our needs when family visited and we had guests. The location is so convenient to shopping of any kind. Golf was great with beautiful courses which we thoroughly enjoyed. The Art Festival was great and of course Silly Sunday is always a fun way to spend your afternoon and have lunch! We are looking forward to July and August of 2017 already. We would definitely recommend your property to friends and family who would visit Park City. Kathy is the greatest to work with - always on top of any need! Thanks again for sharing, Carol and Ken Hahn"

  • Great Condo

    "Very comfortable and clean 2 bedroom condo. We had three guys in our party and the twin bed in the master gave each there own bed. There is an dedicate parking spot in the secure garage. The owner was very responsive to our request for an earlier access on the first day. The condo is convenient to grocery shopping as well as restaurants. Being near Interstate 80, it is convenient to over 10 ski areas. I highly recommend this condo!"

  • Our Stay

    "My wife and I had a fantastic stay! Marty's ski shop is literally 100 away which made our ski experience extremely easy. Access to restraunts and grocery stores is all in walking distance too. The unit is fantastic! The theatre system was wonderful and the space is very warm and inviting! We will be back."
