  • Great place and friendly owner

"I've stayed in Tom's rentals a few times now. Tom's a great guy and his rentals are very nice, very well maintained, convenient to the resorts in both little and big Cottonwood Canyons, and to the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment at the base of the mountains in the south end of the valley. Tom has also arranged discount lift tickets and car rentals for us, and couldn't be easier to work with. I will rent with him whenever we ski Utah."

  • Even Better Than Expected, And We Were Expecting A Lot.

"Just got back from 4 days skiing, 3 nights in the lower unit. Caretaker Kris was very flexible with our arrival and departure. And very helpful with all other aspects of our stay. The location is perfect for quick access to Big & Little Cottonwood Canyon skiing.Close to ski equipment rental, stores and restaurants. Very comfortable and spacious. We will be back."

  • Great home, great skiing, great fun

"The home was everything it claimed - nice rooms, fairly new condition, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Tom was responsive and helpful, and its hard to beat the ski pass deal that comes with the place. The neighborhood was a surprise - it's a high density housing development; every home looks the same, there's only a few feet between homes, and the streets are narrow, but that's all fine. It's quiet and fairly new, and at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon."
