  • Perfect location for two

"Lovely location, safe and quiet. Perfectly located to see all major attractions Seattle has to offer. Easy walking to everything within 15-20 minutes. Needle, MoPOP, Aquarium, Pikes Market, Seattle Art Museum, a ton of great restaurants and happy hours, two major malls with a ton of Christmas lights and entertainment. Neighborhood groceries on every corner ..Dan's on 3rd Ave was our favorite and just 2 blocks away. The time of the year was also perfect..we had slight snow downtown which is rare but added to the festivities and no crowds or lines. The condo is furnished nicely. The bed was very comfortable. The condo had most required items with quantities that would last a week or so. We provided body wash (they had small cake of soap) for shower. Great supply of shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen was adequately furnished..some of the pans need to be refreshed as handles were broken. Dish soap, dishwasher tablets (we never used dishwasher), laundry detergent and bounce fabric sheets were provided. No toilet brush or other cleaning supplies were provided. Due to the length of our stay we purchased various items (handiwipes, windex, bleach etc.). The normal short stays wouldn't require this. Autumn was a joy to deal with. Responded within minutes to any need or question that we might have had. She greeted us with a cold white wine and chocolates and schooled is on the rules of parking and security and the facility amenities. We never did use the pool, hot tub or gym but the condo has towels for these as well. Parking wasn't an issue for us as we have a 2015 Subaru Outback and it fit "between the lines" of our very convenient parking space. The space to our left had an older, white Odyssey van that at times crowded over to our side leaving their driver's side maximum space. This really wasn't an issue for as as we never used the car in Seattle. We did take trips to Victoria BC and Butchart Gardens as well as Snoqualmie Falls which is only 30 minutes outside of the city. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed Seattle and our Belltown location."

"This place is absolutely perfect. From booking to leaving, I could not imagine a better experience. The apartment is located directly in between Pike Place Market and the waterfront, has a very charming feel to it, and the kitchen is the most well-stocked (extensively stocked) kitchen of any place I have stayed. Master bed was comfortable and the closet is walk in--plenty of room for clothes and our 2 big suitcases. Our son used the fold-out bed and it was very comfortable; and did not take up so much space as to make the living area unusable. Jeri will give you her phone number, and will email you a fantastic list of suggestions for restaurants (if you don't feel like cooking), places to check out in the Market, things to do, and places to go. After speaking with her for 30 minutes, I was more excited about our stopover in Seattle than I was for the cruise we were ultimately headed for. When we arrived, she buzzed us in, and then "walked" us through the apartment by phone. She does have someone local to help if necessary, but we did not need anything. We did not rent a car, so can't comment on the parking situation. Unfortunately, 4 days was not long enough to make a proper dent in her list of suggestions, so we will have to come back. I can't think of any reason we would stay anywhere else on a future trip."

  • Couldn't have asked for a better location!!!!

"We LOVED our stay here over the Christmas holiday! Check-in was a breeze and we were delighted at how helpful the staff at the front desk were with making restaurant recommendations and giving directions. The unit was comfortable, spacious, well-stocked, and the large windows had an amazing view of the water and ferries coming to and fro! The building was 2 blocks from Pike Place Market and there were SO many restaurants and shops just out the front door! You can take the Harbor Steps (or the handy elevator!) down to easily access the ferry terminal/acquarium/water front dining. Also, there is a little market located 1/2 way down the Harbor Steps that has almost everything (deli, groceries, toiletries, wine, etc). The unit is 1 block from the Four Seasons hotel which we used to book tours (e.g.-Boeing Tour), and they could have been more helpful. We will be back and we will certainly be booking this unit again!!"
