  • Beautiful condo

"The condo was perfect for our family of four and exactly as described in the listing. We loved the unique feature of the bunk beds in the second bedroom. Soaring Eagle is a beautiful complex and everyone we encountered was helpful. Unfortunately, the Soaring Eagle lift was not open yet (thank you warm December) but the shuttle was right outside and it was easy to go back and forth to the Village. We were very happy with the condo and enjoyed our long weekend at Snowshoe."

  • Great Location and Lodging

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. Great ski-in/ski-out location. The mud room was indispensable to keep the living room clean. Easy access to the mountain bus system and parking is right outside the unit."

  • Location!!!

"We have a great time in the RUSTIC retreat. The cabin is not luxurious, basic and had all the essentials. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Bath towels, etc also well stocked. We hiked the logging road every day and even star gazed at night. Wildlife viewing was terrifice. Apples and berries were not yet in season, but the promise was there. Thank you Donna for your kind assistance and a great stay! Gina and David Wilson, Cincinnati, OH"

  • Summer stay at Hawthorne House

"My husband, dog, and I had a great time staying at the Hawthorne House. The kitchen was well equipped and the house overall was beautifully decorated. With all the decks and porches, there was always an outdoor space to use, rain or shine, sunrise or sunset. There were quite a few deer to watch in the woods around the house. The old oak trees with ferns all over the forest floor, the lichen-covered rock formations, the tall, mature, rhododendron along the drive, and what I think were wild blueberry bushes below the back of the house, among everything else, made for a lovely private and natural looking setting. Even though we visited in the middle of the summer, the nights and mornings were cool and we hardly used the air conditioning since the house had great cross ventilation between the slide glass doors -- so the stay was a nice break from the unbearable DC summer."
