  • Fantastic Girl's Weekend!

"The Villa is exactly like the pictures and more! We spent a wonderful girl's reunion weekend here and couldn't have been happier with the accomodations. The kitchen was amazing and we cooked all of our meals there. We loved the large table and used it for eating, games, and making crafts! The deck down by the water was the best place of all. We had rain for all but one day, but on that sunny day, the sunset was just beautiful to watch and star gazing was also great! We walked everyday along the winding roads lined with trees, and with this location being just minutes from Egg Harbor, we also enjoyed shopping! I almost hate to say how great the "Villa" was because that means it won't be a "secret" place for us to rent again in the future! Barbara was so nice to work with, she answered every email and question promptly and was very welcoming! We didn't want to leave!"

  • Unforgettable experience!

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short little getaway to celebrate his birthday. We had such a wonderful relaxing by the fireplace inside, enjoying the hot tub at night, and reading outside on the deck!! Also it was so nice to be able to walk to everything in town! Everything that we could have needed they had. I loved all of the movie options that they had available and the speakers to listen to music throughout the cabin! We really can't stop speaking so highly of our experience and cannot wait to return!!"

  • Beautiful view

"What an amazing view from the moment you wake up! Beds are comfortable as well as the whole condo itself. Location is perefect as long as you plan on driving from place to place (which is necessary to see everything). We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One suggestion is to make sure linens are fresh. Some towels smelled moldy when they got wet. Like they sat in the washer too long and then were dried. Truly my only complaint. Excellent communication with the owners, very easy rental."

"My husband and I came here in October for a quiet little getaway. And man did we love it! We loved it so much that my husband wanted to call the cabin owners and ask if it's for sale! HAHA! We LOVED our experience. Also it doesn't hurt that thanks to El Nino we got lucky and hit Door County RIGHT AT PEAK. Everyone in Door County told us how lucky we were because technically we were about 2 weeks late for typical peak. The cabin itself is absolutely wonderful. I would say it is PERFECT for a couple or a family of 4-6. The master bedroom is the top "loft" of the cabin. Then on the main floor are 2 more bedrooms. And then in the basement is a room with I think 2 twin beds- great for kids. The photos look great but I honestly think it's even better in person. The cabin was SO clean. I'm a germ-a-phobe in general and I hate staying in hotels. No matter how fancy the hotel it always feels icky to me. This cabin felt like HOME. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit every single night. It was so perfect in the fall as it's situated pretty far back on the property right under all the big beautiful trees that the cabin backs up to. We also built a fire in the fireplace every night. The ONLY hiccup is the indoor fireplace is a little quirky and the first time we tried to use it the whole cabin filled with smoke. Turns out there is a light switch on the wall that operates some kind of fan in the chimney that must be turned on unless you want to inhale smoke. I wish they had left some fireplace instructions for us. That's really the only hiccup we had. The cabin is warm and cozy and the property is perfect. The cabin is on a fairly large lot and backs up to wooded land. My husband and I even loved the road that leads up to the cabin as it's a TRUE country road. We are even talking about returning in the winter to just cozy up inside and enjoy the fire place and watch the snow fall outside. Maybe do a little snow shoeing. Being in this cabin we felt like we were on a mountain top out in Colorado! And to return with the snow falling would REALLY feel special. We LOVED our stay and LOVED the cabin and would 1,000% return! GORGEOUS, SPECIAL CABIN!"
