There was a mix up at first with the booking and was worked out a few days before we arrived. At arrival we waited a long time in line to check in only to find out we had to go in another room as the renter didn’t but our name down he listed us under his name. The unit was great and we had a great time after we got thro the mix ups .

Renting the property from an owner was very easy. They even commented on all my questions and even called me when I was not understanding a certain situation.

Wonderful rental process and perfect service. The resort is perfectly located and is a great destination itself with all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star property.

We had 5 people and needed to stay in the Orlando area over the holidays. Hotels tend to be tough to find with enough room for 5 so this was a fantastic option. Had a little hiccup finding the reservation when checking in but communication with the owner was immediate and problem was fixed in minutes. It was a first floor corner unit, good location near the exit from the property and near the pool. Good amount of space. The sofa bed as the 3rd bed is really nice, not a cheap one with a thin mattress but almost like a real bed.
