  This is an exceptional property, clean and very well maintained. Very nicely decorated! Owners were absolutely the best to work with. This is the first time we have rented a house in this area and it was wonderful! Three couples (45+) stayed and had everything we needed, including personal space. The outside areas were so relaxing. The weather was less than hoped for while we were there, but even when it rained, it was great to sit on the covered decks and visit. Since the house is so close to the beach, as the weather allowed, it was a quick walk to the water. We will definitely try to stay at this property again in the future.

  We just returned from a two week stay at Caribbean Dream and couldn't be more pleased. The pictures didn't do it justice- all of our expectations were exceeded and we plan to return again next year. Waters Edge is a beautiful community next to Rosemary Beach and much is within walking distance. The beach is about a two minute walk and chairs were provided each day. It has wonderful powder white sand that you can walk for miles. The pool is heated and a great place to spend time. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained. Very clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. Everything top of the line - not a basically furnished rental property. Kathy was great to work with and helpful throughout the rental process. very concerned that we had a great experience and no surprises. Hated to leave-our two weeks went too fast. Recommended for: Anyone who enjoys a relaxed casual vacation near a great beach.

  The house was perfect. Cleanest house we have ever rented. Putting the swimming pool in the front was genius. There is little traffic on the entrance drive which provided more privacy. The kitchen was a chefs paradise. The beach was beautiful and having your own private chairs just topped it off. Imagine walking about 100 yards down a private path lined with palm trees and upon your arrival...two chairs, a table and an umbrella all to yourself! My two kids couldn't get enough of the beach and private swimming pool. We rented bikes so we could tour the neighboring towns. Even though most everything is within walking distance the bikes were a blast. Thanks again for all the family memories...too many to list.

  We have stayed in Waters Edge three times now, we like it that much. This house was spacious, very clean, and the KITCHEN was impressive. Loved the Jacuzzi in master. Porch has nice additional seating for meals (our kids loved the wooden table out there). The private pool was a hit as well. There were lots of thoughtful touches.. dish soap and laundry detergent just waiting for our convenience, board games for our kids, wireless internet, a great cable package with lots of free shows 'on demand' to entertain our kids, pool/beach toys to borrow, comfy beds, etc. Beautiful walkways to the beach (about a 2 minute walk from the house) gorgeous houses all around, gated and safe, about 20 steps away from Rosemary's square and shops... amazing. We walked everywhere....to Orange Leaf, the nearby mexican restaurant, The Sundries little grocery/breakfast place (our favorite), and to Rosemary for dinner several nights. We only got in car once to go shopping in Destin. Would highly recommend for adult couples or to families with kids.

  This was our first trip to "30-A" and our first time finding a place online. The photos of this property don't do it justice. The Ballar's home is warm, comfortable and well-appointed. The private pool is great after the beach or as a beach alternative, but I was surprised that it is located at the front of the house next to the driveway. This wasn't bad, just unusual. The boardwalk steps down to the beach are a short walk away, and the beach seats/umbrella/table were a welcome perk. Water's Edge community is a thin slice of heaven, directly west of the eastern edge of Rosemary Beach. In fact, a wall is shared between the two communities. You can ride your bike 2 minutes east to the Rosemary Beach town squares (one is north of 30A and the other is south) where there are great restaurants and stores. About 1/4 mile west of the place are the white, impressive arches of Alys Beach, where a food truck sells the best donuts until they are gone...sometimes as early as 9:00am! The famous Seaside is about a 15 minute drive west. We never had a problem finding parking, and went often to eat, shop and enjoy the beach over there. We hope to have the opportunity to return to Carribean Dream--sooner rather than later!

The Water's Edge community is perfectly located next to the activities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and convenient to Seaside! We have found that having our pool in the front of the house is a a real plus in terms of privacy and quiet. Also, after a day at the beach, the pool is shaded from the hot afternoon sun and extremely enjoyable in the tranquil evening hours.

  We had a wonderful stay at Caribbean Dream. The house was spacious and well stocked (we had enough paper and cleaning supplies that we didn't need to bring any extra.) We were so close to the beach, we didn't need to use our red wagon to carry all of our gear. Having the beach chairs/umbrella already reserved and waiting for us, was super convenient (and saved an extra expense.) We spent a ton of time in the pool, which was perfect for our 7 and 4 year old. We were within convenient walking distance to the shops of Rosemary Beach, and Alys beach. We would definitely return to Caribbean Dream next year!

  Caribbean Dream was definitely our dream beach house for our annual week long summer vacation. Its a very new property and perfectly maintained. Lovely modern amenities throughout the house. This includes stainless steel appliances, flat screen HDTVs, plenty of space both inside and out (porches galore to enjoy breakfast or watch the sun go down). The house is nicely furnished and decorated while being comfortable and inviting. Additionally its very, very clean. So many beach houses we've stayed in through the years have been dirty and worn out. Thankfully this is not the case with Caribbean Dream and it was difficult to tell anyone else had been there before us. We have two young children so a pool is always a must. This pool was perfect for our needs; not too deep, clean and properly maintained. One item of note; the pool is not super-shocked with chlorine like so many places we've stayed. The water was perfect for the little ones. Once again, because we have little ones location is very important and its hard to beat the location of Waters Edge. It really is walking distance to the beach and all the stores/restaurants in Rosemary Beach. When I say walking distance I mean that we could easily walk everywhere with a 6 year old and 2 year old in tow with no one getting tired or complaining. We only used our car twice the entire week. We highly recommend this property to any family looking to stay at Rosemary Beach. It made our vacation perfect.

  We were looking for a beach home for a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. We found the perfect place for us,"Caribbean Dream". A beach vacation home with your own private pool, a short walk to the beach, in a quiet safe gated community, convenient to everything we needed. The listing and photo descriptions are accurate. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you can think of, and more. Nice comfortable family room and large dining room table, decks to sit on and relax. Walk out your door to your own pool with chairs.This home was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend this property. Kathy was great to work with and answered all our questions. Everyone loved this beach house and we all are planning to return next summer for another family vacation. The beach chairs and umbrella set up on the beach each day was a plus. We had one minor issue with the A/C, we contacted Kathy and a serviceman had it fixed immediately. Now that's taking care of your guest. Thanks to Kathy and her family for letting us share their beach home for the week.

  We visited this area (Rosemary Beach) for the second time, but our first at Caribbean Dream. This house is fabulous! The house is very nice with a great pool! It has a very easy access to the beach and the neighborhood was very friendly. I would highly recommend this property for your family vacation spot!!
