Welcome to Legacy II unit 506. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is brand new, sparkles and is SPARKLING CLEAN. Come and enjoy this new, luxurious, gulf front condo with new furniture and furnishings. We placed everything most rental agencies require and went over and above that. Legacy has both indoor and outdoor pools. The view from the 5th floor balcony is beautiful, looking directly onto the gulf, next to the center location. In the shorter daylight hours you will have both sunrise and sunset views. Please note this unit is not "yellow" as reflected in the pictures. I have no idea what I touched on the camera to add a yellow filter.....but obviously I did something. As soon as I can post better photos I will.
I have personally used this site to rent vacation places in the past and the best experiences were when the owner was readily available to provide assistance.

If you stay 4 nights, the 4th night is free
If you stay 5 nights, the 5th night is free

If you stay 7 nights, the 7th night is free
$75 cleaning fee (if you only use 1 bedroom and 1 bath the
cleaning fee will be reduced) and MS tax is 12%
