New, Non-Smoking - Second floor corner unit located right on Flamingos Beach, the most beautiful beach in all of Puerto Vallarta - wide, clean and private with a very gentle slope to the water. Enjoy ocean breezes morning, noon and night. Watch sunsets from our balcony and you will understand why Nuevo Vallarta is quickly becoming the most popular vacation destination in Mexico. Designer decorated suite complete with Satellite TV, DVD, CD. Remote controlled Air Conditioning in each room as well as fans in master bedroom, kitchen and dining area.
There are many sections of this complex which are as much as 8 years older than our building. Ours is the newest in the complex and as such commands a higher price for much better value. Our unit is facing the ocean with lovely views of pools, gardens and ocean from anywhere in the condo. The Kitchen is complete with coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, juicer, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and granite counter tops and plenty of kitchen gadgets to satisfy the most discriminating cook. You can juice your own fresh oranges and make your tropical drinks. There is a Propane Barbeque on the deck. Dine indoors or outdoors on our large private patio while you watch the magnificent Mexican sunset night after night. There is patio seating for four.
We have night-lit mini-golf and night-lit tennis courts for your enjoyment after the sun sets.
There is a 24 hour pharmacy in Paradise Village. Mega is just out on the highway at the north entrance to Flamingos Beach which carries everything you could possibly want from meat, fish, poultry, veggies, baked goods, liquor, cerveza, wine, clothes, ATM's, pharmacy and much, much more.
Banderas Bay is absolutely spectacular. Dolphins and humpback whales can be seen in the Bay. In November and December, Thursday and Friday nights you can help newly hatched baby turtles making their journey to the ocean. Check at Bahia del Sol.
Two large free-form infinity swimming pools and two eight-person hot tubs are situated in beautifully manicured grounds with outdoor showers and palapas for your enjoyment. Food and Alcoholic beverages are served at the palapas each day (except Tuesdays) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

We are only 20 minutes from the night life of Old Town Puerto Vallarta or five minutes from quiet Bucerias where you can enjoy casual dining or a romantic dinner, followed by flea market shopping for souveniers.
With a gated entrance and onsite security present 24/7, our security team will assist you with everything from baggage to finding that hidden beach or restaurant you've heard about. The nearby Paradise Plaza (5 minutes by car or $5 cab ride) boasts a grocery store, ice cream and coffee shops, casual restaurants, internet cafes, a bank, ATM, medical center and clothing shops. Formal dining can be found in the Marina area and at neighbouring hotels. A WalMart Super Store with groceries, Sam's Club, Costco several large shopping plazas, elegant restaurants, galleries, jewelry stores and boutiques, to suit the most sophisticated tastes, are just a short drive.

Our family stayed in this particular condo and found it to be very nice with pretty decor and comfortable rooms. The owner, Jewel, is very helpful and communicative. The pools and beach are interesting, large and clean. A big surprise to me was the number of birds constantly flying overhead. Albatros, hawks and eagles - very cool. We enjoy a condo vacation as we like to cook most of our own meals. We mixed up brownies to bake and found no oven in the condos! The microwave did the cooking in 5 minutes however. We used taxis to get to town and all the drivers were quite prompt and friendly. You can walk for miles on the beach. We recommend the whale watching/Las Caletas Vallarta Adventure tour.

Unit ok but no stereo, no ipod/iphone dock, no washer drier, WIFI did not work,and interior dated. Found comparable unit in complex for 35% less and 3bdrm full renovated beautiful unit in complex for 10% more. We booked last minute so we were glad unit was available and paying a premium was admittedly our fault.
Owner response:We will be putting an Ipod dock in the unit this spring. The wifi is through the main office and there have been times when it has been flakey. Not sure what happened to the stereo, but it will be replaced if it is missing. Laundry facilities are downstairs and for a very reasonable price they will do your laundry while you go to the beach. There is considerable range in price, age and decor in the complex and you certainly can pay less; but be careful as you often get what you pay for.

My family and I had such a lovely vacation here. We found it to be very quiet and relaxing and felt extremely safe. The accomodations were clean, spacious and very comfortable. We found everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The view of the beautiful sunsets everynight eating dinner from the patio is priceless. We found that the entire resort was kept very clean and well-maintained. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pools. We spent most of our time on the beautiful sandy beach looking for seashellsand wave-jumping. We were lucky enough to see baby sea turtles trying to make their way to the ocean, a school of dolphins jumping in the Bay right in front of the resort, beautiful birds, iguanas and we had a little resident geco on our patio. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our young family. It is a great location in regards to grocery shopping, sight seeing, to Puerto Vallarta and to Bucerias. We were so glad we did not stay at an all-inclusive, as they are so busy and loud. Thank you Jewel for answering all of our questions and for being very informative. We can't think of anything we would change and we hope to be back!

Dec 31/09 - Jan 14/10 We loved our stay in this condo. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and bright, and has all the amenities you need - lots of great kitchen equipment, BBQ, and some spices. The view is great from the balcony if you want to just hang out any time of day or see the sunset at night. The rooms are very large and with two bathrooms we were never bumping into each other. The Flamingos complex is also beautiful and except for national holidays it is very quiet. This was our second time staying at Flamingos and we loved it both times.

Thanks again Jewel for renting us your wonderful condo. It is nice, and decorated so cool, right out of Better Homes and Gardens :) We enjoyed being able to grill our shrimps and sit on the patio as the sun went down. It was also nice to hear the ocean at night..... The pool area was so relaxing and nice, sure better than wall to wall people at some of the other resorts. Hope we can make another trip and stay again. :)
