Our golf, tennis and fitness memberships allow you unlimited play at guest rates. Two golf carts are also available for your use.
This Willow Floor plan has 2489 square feet of living space, plus a 2 car garage, patio off the main bedroom and a large patio off the kitchen and living room with amazing views of the mountains, golf course, water, and palm trees! The patio includes BBQ, dining table, lounge chairs and tables.
The open living area includes a gas fireplace, wet bar and 32-inch flat screen TV with DVR. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, dishware, and basics for your use. There is a breakfast nook attached for casual dining, which opens out to the patio. The formal dining area has a distinctive desert feel with ample seating for 8-10 guests.
There are 3 full master suites with 3 bathrooms, plus a powder room for guests. The first bedroom is luxurious with a California King bed, large bathroom with soaking tub and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a bold western look with a queen bed and full bath. The third bedroom has a soft, sandy desert look with 2 twin beds and attached full bath. All bedrooms include TV with cable and the third bedroom includes an additional DVR player.
We offer unlimited long distance calling, high speed internet access as well as a wireless connection allowing the comfort of anywhere access.
There is a fully equipped laundry room.
The spectacular Palm Valley club house is the largest in the desert with Olympic size pool, 16 tennis courts, athletic club, full service spa, and full service restaurants.
