Welcome to Desert Falls Country Club. This is a 2nd level condo - with stairs leading up to the entrance and front patio area. Located in the heart of Palm Desert - 5 min away from the highway 10.

Enjoy views of the 14th tee box and the San Jacinto Wilderness mountains beyond. Sip a cup of coffee on our west facing patio or cookout on the grill while viewing the sunset.

Just 50 min drive from the Joshua Tree National Park and 30 min from downtown Palm Springs and the PSP airport.

Our spacious clubhouse has state of the art fitness, tennis/pickleball courts, and the Desert Falls Country Club that is open to the public and has seasonal & monthly memberships to choose from.

For Parking:
- Normal sized residential cars are allowed. No oversized cars (by definition cars that can’t fit in a garage), commercial cars with logos, or RVs allowed to park in the community.
- Vehicles that fit the above description wont be allowed inside community from 5 pm to 7 am on Mon - Sat and all day on Sundays and holidays.

Upon booking, ALL guests agree to all House and community rules located within the property. On 29+ day stays, utilities are included up to $300.

Real disappointment

I can’t believe others rated this condo highly. The kitchen workspace looks like marble BUT it was contact paper and in some places the paper was in strips. Second bedroom had night table that was heavily damaged. Lots of area rugs over carpet covering up stains. Area rug I hallway kept buckling; my husband tripped and ended up in the ER. We ended up paying much more than this condo was worth. OH and garage door opens out..works like an original from the 80,s. The only nonrolling door we could find. A fresh coat of paint would help a lot.

Just okay

We have been visiting the Palm Springs area for almost 20 years. We discovered the gem of Palm Desert in the Desert Falls community about 10 years ago and have rented there since. This year's visit was just okay because the unit was not up to the standards we have found in this community. The unit listing and photos were accurate and the owner was prompt and very good with her communications. But...there were many small details that detracted from our overall experience. The carpet was stained and looked old. There was a chair in the LR that looked as if a dog had scratched it to bits. No one wanted to sit in it. The kitchen photo appears to be granite, but it isn't. There was just a lot of "stuff" that could be removed from the unit, such as an old, non-working grill on the balcony, things in closets and cabinets, coffee filters that do not fit the coffee maker. Screens on the sliding doors were patched or missing, the bathtub drain would not close, the hair dryer only worked at low speed. There were no pool towels provided. Also, know that the twin beds are on the floor, if you are planning on grown children or friends using that bedroom. All the other units provided a few pages or small notebook with helpful information, instructions for the gas fireplace, the location of the nearest pool, closest grocery stores, restaurant menus, emergency phone numbers. With so many other rental choices in Desert Falls, this one really needs some attention.

Amazing View

The condo was clean and had everything we required. The host April was very responsive to our needs such as having the washing machine fixed ASAP when it broke down, forwarding a package that arrived after we left and immediately adding our guests to the property list when asked. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The condo does need some updates but nothing that impacts functionality.

I’m an avid golfer and used to travel all over the world. I always appreciated how welcoming hosts were and want to provide the same hospitality to my guests here in the desert.

Master and living room have vaulted ceilings. This is a second level unit - so no one above you! We're on the 14th tee of Desert Falls CC and have peek-a-boo views of the chocolate San Jacinto Mountains to the West.

Free parking for up to 4 cars (2 in garage and 2 in driveway). As guests, you will have free access to the Clubhouse Fitness Center and tennis/pickle ball courts. Optional classes can be taken and have a separate fee. Neighborhood is peaceful and also has 25 pools and Jacuzzis to enjoy. All heated from mid-Oct to April.
