    • Awesome home! We held our family reunion (10 adults, 8 kids) here. The huge kitchen, dining room, and living area really worked well for our group gatherings. The rec room was great for games and DVD sessions for the kids. The hot tub was also a big hit. With all the bedrooms, there was still space to take a break from time to time. The location (on a cul de sac) worked well for our outside activities with the kids (privacy and no traffic). We experienced some minor problems with one of the beds and microwave oven, but Mike took care of it right away. This is a great property!

    • Our annual group of 16 ski friends stayed in this spectacular house in February. Everything was perfect! Tons of space, top notch amenities, short walk to town. The decorating and attention to detail were amazing and Mike was fantastic to deal with. Small touches didn't go unnoticed and there were plenty! If we go back to Summit County next year, we'll definitely stay here again.

    • My parents celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary, along with their 6 children and spouses. This home was extremely well furnished and stocked. We made dinners every night and the kitchen was "WOW". It has 2 large dishwashers and a huge refrigerator. The close proximity to town and the river was very conducive to our needs. We stay in a different location every year, but after staying here, this is our new reunion house.

    • Eight of us from 3 different states recently stayed in this beautiful home. The house is very spacious, extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The location is very convenient - just a short walk to main street Frisco for shopping, restaurants and to pick up the shuttle. Some in our group are interested in bringing their families back to stay in this great home.

    • We had our family reuinion here with 20 of us. This house was perfect! It was large enough for everyone and it was easy to find a spot to retreat, if needed. ; )It has every amenity and is beautifully appointed. The rushing river is right behind the home. It only takes a minute to hit the bike path and town is only a block away.It is perfect for children, as it is on a cul-de-sac. They all rode bikes and scooters. I am ready to go back!!!

    • We booked this house in June to bring in some of our most important clients and could not have been more pleased! The house is breathtaking - just absolutely beautiful, and so spacious! The location is wonderful and the owners are so very nice! We just had the best trip and everyone in our group was talking about how much they would love to come back with their extended families. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice getaway for a sizeable group! A++

    • We had a great family reunion with all 20 of us from 5 different states! What a comfortable house to spend our week connecting and playing with cousins! The kitchen, game room, and even the driveway were great spaces to hang out with everyone. We loved the family rooms and great bathrooms as well! Would love to rent here again!
