  We had a wonderful time staying for a week at King Triton's Palace. It's a terrific house for family gatherings, and even better equipped than we were expecting. I think everyone in our party was impressed. If you have young kids, there is no better place to stay - children's books, toys, movies, games, equipment (strollers, high chairs, booster seats, kid's dinnerware, etc.). We were thoroughly impressed by the house's ammenities - even better than the listing suggests. It was so much nicer staying at this house over any hotel. It's convenient to all the Disney parks - no more than 15 minutes to the Magic Kingdom transit area, and even less to Epcot, Disney Studios, and Animal Kingdom. It's very convenient to a grocery store (only a couple minute drive) and many restaurants to choose from. Our group included 9 adults and 4 children under 5 years old. The house was spacious, and we didn't feel crowded at all. My 5 year old daughter has already informed us that the next time we go to Disney we will need to stay in that house again, and my 2 year old usually is excited to be home after a trip, but was screaming when we walked into our house because he wanted to go the the other house instead.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  From the moment I was in contact with Debbie, I knew this was the house for us. She was very accommodating and helpful through the whole process! We celebrated my Mom & Dad's 50th Anniversary at Disney. The house was so close to everything and very well equipped. Plenty of room for all of us...8 adults and 4 children. Two of the girls slept in the princess room and loved it! When visiting Disney, there is not much time to just relax! I wish we would have had more time to just hang out at this house. We still had time to enjoy the pool and movie room. Thanks Debbie for opening your home up to us, it was truly a memorable experience!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Our family of 15 recently stayed at this beautiful home. My husband, sons, daughter, daughter-in-law and 8 grandchildren had an absolutely wonderful time. The home was not only beautiful but it had everything a family ranging in age from 11 months to 60 could possibly want. We were all completely comfortable and very impressed with the cleanliness of the home. We hated to leave. The ONLY thing we found we ran out of for such a large group were utensils. This, of course, was minor and was just a matter of washing them as needed. Our son hopes to book again for next year. Anyone considering this home will not be disappointed!   We have stayed at a number of rental properties in the Orlando area, and this is without a doubt the nicest home we have rented. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including books and toys for the kids, and is absolutely spotless. No details are overlooked, and the pool and spa are fantastic. The location cannot be beat; you can't get any closer to the Disney parks and you have shopping nearby to help stock the kitchen. The owner was incredibly helpful and provided timely information related to our stay. The local management company is quick to solve any possible issues that might come up. Don't waste your time looking for a rental property--King Triton's Palace is the best all around rental property in Orlando.

• Excellent House!

  After searching through the details of many houses we decided on this one and everything was perfect. What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get in the house. The villa is very spacious and easily accomodate 16 people. The kitchen was very well equipped specially to prepare the kid's food. The pool was also fabulous and the kids enjoyed a lot. It was in a great location for all parks in Orlando, very close to Disney's parks, which I recommend. It's also close to a Supermarket that we used to stop by coming from the parks to restock. The cleaning service and the manager (Ann Jean) were great. I would certainly recommend this house to my family and friends without any hesitation. Thanks again Debbie for a wonderful stay. Hope to be back next year to stay again.

  This house is fantastic!! We traveled with 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 2-11) and everyone had a blast. Right when we walked in the door our expectations had been far surpassed because it was even nicer than the pictures indicated. I really can’t imagine what else the owner could do to improve this place because she’s covered everything under the sun. It never took us more than 10 minutes to get to the Disney property and I think we were actually in our parking space in less than 15. We enjoyed having all of the retail access so close too. (Target, Buffalo Wild Wings, Outback, etc.) Overall, I give this house a 10 out of 10 in quality, location and fun! The kids loved playing on the arcade game, swimming, watching movies in the theater and playing in their themed rooms. We spent 4 days at the parks and spent 2 days hanging around the house. This was our first trip to Disney and we really enjoyed getting away from the crowds and relaxing at such a nice home.

  The house was amazing. We had the most wonderful Disney vacation. My 4 year old loved the decorated rooms and couldn't wait to go to bed each night. I was happy to relax in our private pool each afternoon happy the busy parks. The movie theatre was great for family movie night. I will be back! this is the best house we have ever rented!!

  This was the perfect way to see Disney with small children. We had 5 children with 8 adults (parents and grandparents). There was so much room! My kids loved the themed rooms and my youngest daughter really thought she was sleeping in a mini castle! There was a tv in every room which the kids thought was very cool, though we did not have much time to watch TV! We decided to go to a park every other day and stay at the house every other day. That was perfect. And we did not have to share the pool with any 'strangers'. We were very close to the parks, maybe 10 minutes to parking lot to parking lot, and far enough away to get away from the chaos. The kids and adults loved the theater room and my daughters learned to play air hockey! We did not need to bring any baby items with us, like a pack in play, high chair, or even a stroller. This place had it all! The beds were very comfortable and my brother is looking into buying a matress like we had there, he liked it so much! Everything was very clean and kid friendly. We liked the option to make our own food in the great big kitchen so we did not need to go out every night. My husband perfers home cooked meals! This is a great place to stay and a great alternative to staying at the resorts. Cheaper too! Thanks for everything. The Smiths

  We loved the atmosphere of the house and how it was decorected, especailly the childrens' themed rooms and elegant adult rooms. The media room was a nice place for the children to play and adults to relax in the recliners and watch a movie. The pool was an extra bonus and fun. The house was equiped for a young family and meant not having to bring a lot in the car or plane. The only thing we were not prepared for was to supply all 5 baths with toilet tissue.

  Owner response: Thank you for your kind thoughts. I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay. I would like to clarify the issue with the toilet paper. We provide one starter role and one back up role of paper per bathroom. If that runs out the guests are expected to supplement. The same is true with other amenities including paper towels, dish soap, etc. This is standard practice for rental homes in the area. I apologize for any confusion on this issue.

  Our whole family stayed at King Triton's Palace for 2 weeks at the end of April. There was 14 of us (7 adults 7 children ages 11, 9, 7, 5, 4, 3 & 3 mos). The house was great - clean & comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and the kids loved having their own themed rooms! The house had lots of books and toys and having the pack n play, baby seat, monitors & swing was such a bonus traveling with a baby. We also got a lot of use of the 2 strollers (Ann, the manager, brought over a brand new stroller to replace one that had broken prior to or arrival). Management was great. If we needed anything (batteries for tv remote, new pool alarm buttons) they responded immediately. We didn't hesitate to call since they were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were a great hit - lots of patio tables and chairs so that we all fit very comfortably around the pool! Kids also loved the outside play set. Another hit was the theatre/playroom. After a day at the parks, swimming, etc., popping in a movie for the kids was a great way for them to wind down. We love the Formosa Gardens area, beautiful area to walk or jog. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby (Super Target, Walmart, Walgreens). I would recommend Sweet Tomatoes restaurant for the salad bar, Houlihans, Bob Evans for breakfast, Flippers, Giordanos for pizza, and Earl of Sandwich, Boma, Rain Forest Cafe, Crystal Palace, Le Cellier, all at Disney. We did all 4 of the Disney parks and I love Downtown Disney (though it can get crowded). We also went to Legoland in Winter Haven about 45 mins away. We would highly recommend this park, especially ages 3-12 - never had to wait long in line and the children loved it. You can go back a second day for $15 if you return within 9 days (we did)! We definitely would recommend the house. Had an awesome vacation and can't wait for our next trip!
