Our unit is located on the 8th floor and has brand new furniture in a bedroom (king size bed and TV). Living room is tastefully decorated, new TV LCD, DVD and sleeper sofa. It has comfortable dining table with 6 chairs. Breath taking view from 8th floor includes sunrise, sunset, early morning dolphins, white sand and blue skies. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters.
Tidewater lies in the heart of Panama City Beach, not too far aways there is Shipwreck Island water park and Ripley's Believe it or Not museum, it's fun for all ages!! The new Pier Park is just a walking distance away! It is shopping, dining and entertainment complex for all family. There are a lot of night clubs located around including club La Vela, the largest night club in USA. Most tourists enjoy fresh oysters and seafood restaurants. There is good news for fisherman, because the beach pier is only a walking distance away! About couple miles away there is St. Andrews state park, it is piece of wild life including alligators, wild animals and rare birds. If you are looking for romantic day out you can enjoy boat ride to the Shell Island and swimming with dolphins. All family can have fun in the Zooworld and Gulf world located close to the condo. If you feel tired from all fun and entertainment just relax on the beach and enjoy luke warm water of the Gulf of Mexico.

This is an absolutely great condo unit, in a building with fantastic amenities. The beachfront location and view can't be beat- it's like being on a cruise. The unit is well appointed, with 2 flat-screen tv's and a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of nice homey touches. The fitness room downstairs is great, as well as the indoor pool and the 2 outdoor pools. Couldn't ask for any better.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed at the Tidewater May13-20,2011. The condo was just like the pictures that were on this website. The owner, Jola, was very easy to deal with. I would recommend this condo to any family. The view of the Gulf was beautiful from the 8th floor. This condo is close to the pier and pier park mall. We went on the Lady Anderson dinner cruise on gospel night. We enjoyed that and the food was great. We hope to rent from Jola again!

My four girlfriends and I rented this condo August 8-14, 2010 and it was amazing! Jola is so great to work with. She is very prompt with emailing and very friendly! She gave us clear instructions and a really great rate! When we arrived at the condo everything was perfectly clean and even better than we thought it would be! This condo is really nice and I had a great time with my friends! The amenities for this resort are great. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Panama City Beach. It is also very close to Pier Park and great restaurants! There's not anything bad I can say about this rental! It was amazing! And, a really great view!!!!!!

My friend and I took her daughter and a friend for the week of June 19-26. The condo was great! It had everything we needed and more than enough extras! The girls really enjoyed the bunk beds. The living room was so spacious there was room to spread out which was nice...sure does beat staying in a hotel any day! Having 2 bathrooms was great too with 4 girls trying to shower and get ready every evenings! The view was beautiful and the pictures provided were exactly what it looked like.

We enjoyed the condo greatly. It's in a wonderful location - very accessible to so many stores and restaurants. Loved Pier Park! Also Shell Island made for a wonderful day as well. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Only part dissappointed in was what the complex was charging for the beach chairs - a bit high. So we passed and bought chairs. Jola was very helpful and the process was so easy. Thank you again!

We loved our stay in this condo. The location and view were amazing. It was exactly like the pictures. The only surprise we had was that the bunk beds were in the entrance hall. We hadn't expected that. It would be perfect for a family with kids. My brother and his wife came to stay with us for a few days and chose the sofabed in the livingroom instead of the bunks. It still worked out great. We were very comfortable. There wasn't anything we lacked. Jola was amazing to work with. We would definitely do this again.

This is a perfect place to stay! We had such a great time. We went during mid-August so we missed the summer crowd and left before the Labor Day crowd came. It was very relaxing. The condo was exactly like the pictures and more. We took our 16month old daughter during my husbands R&R and had a fabulous vacation. Thank you Mrs. Jola for your good communication and taking care of the Military Families.
