- Oceanfront : You cannot get much closer to the ocean without being on a boat. The negative ions are good for your health, your lungs, and your soul!

- WiFi (Wireless Internet) : Please bring your laptop and you're ready to connect!

- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed : Because of allergies, we request that guests leave pets with family or friends who can provide excellent care when they are on vacation.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : If you are on crutches, you can get around the property, and stay in the downstairs bedroom, however, it is not really wheel-chair friendly.
- Smoking Not Allowed : The purity of nature does not lend itself to smoking. We ask that you leave your cigarettes at home or use this as an opportunity to quit all together!

Michael/Cherie: I've been meaning to write you and tell you what a fantastic time I had at the villa. I can tell you that I unabashedly enjoyed my time at your villa. The villa itself is perfect. No complaints at all. While the villa itself is supberb, I think the ad for it undersells the location. Being able to walk out onto the beach and have tons of restaurants/bars minutes away is an enormous luxury. That location is truly gold. I also can't rave enough about Nat. She's a treasure and really was fun to get to know. We hired her to take us to the local market to pick out ingredients and then come back to the villa for a cooking class/meal. The food was great and she was extremely entertaining in her presentation/cooking technique. My last night there, we went down to Sri Lanta resort and had dinnner and got to have drinks with Nat and her boyfriend. The island of Lanta also exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed it about 20x more than Samui. Getting to whip around on a motorbike was an added perk. I haven't ridden a scooter in many years. Small things... I really appreciated having small things like sunscreen/bug spray/shampoo/soap already there to save me the hassle of going out and buying a ton of it and then throwing it away or leaving it behind as I'm not one to travel with tons of toiletries. Fully stocked kitchen supplies and having a washer/dryer also made for super convenient stay. I've got nothing but rave reviews to pass on about my stay there. Incredible house, location, island, food, scenery...the list goes on. I'm pretty sure Ben has similiar thoughts on his experience. I rarely have bad vacations so I rate them on whether or not they exceed my expectations and this one truly did. I'm really hoping to bring my family back with me later this year or early next year. I know they will enjoy it as well. Thanks again!! DD
