The second structure has two master bedroom suites, one on the ground floor, and one on the second floor. - Balcony: The balcony is on the second floor Master bedroom.
- Gazebo: In Thailand it is called a "Sala" and is positioned by the beach for either yoga or to sip a cocktail and watch the sunset in glorious splendor.

- Beachfront: Our villa is 20 meters from the sandy beach and ocean waves.
- Oceanfront: You cannot get much closer to the ocean without being on a boat. The negative ions are good for your health, your lungs, and your soul!

- Broadband Internet: Cable modem Internet is provided. You plug in the CAT 5 cable and you are set to go!
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): Please bring your laptop and you're ready to be connected.

- There is a "Welcome Package" including cool drinks when you arrive, as well as an English speaking Concierge on site.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: Because of allergies, we request that guests leave pets with family or friends who can provide excellent care when they are on vacation.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): If you are on crutches, you can get around the property, however, it is not really wheel-chair friendly.
- Smoking Not Allowed: The purity of nature does not lend itself to smoking. We ask that you leave your cigarettes at home or use this as an opportunity to quit all together!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
High Season is January 11 to April 30 for $300 for two master bedroom suites
Low season is May 1 to October 31st per night $200
Peak Season is Dec 15 to January 10th is $700 per night for both suites
November 1 to Dec 15 is $400 per night
The property accommodates 4 adults, however, we have a relationship with the other
Villa owners and can accommodate up to 16 people in similar Villas.

We love Thailand and we purchased a Villa under construction. We come here as often as we can, and when we cannot be here we are willing to share the beauty and first class accommodations with those with discriminating taste. We have spared no expense and if you want to have this special treat, priced appropriately, please know that it is not for the bargain hunter. This is an experience of Peace, harmony, ease, elegance and bliss on the beach. All of our guests are extremely delighted with the property and what it has to offer.
