This was a wonderful rental property! We stayed for an entire week and loved the location, accessabilty to the beach and quiet neighborhood. The house has much more room than can be shown in the pictures, open floor plan, and well furnished and decorated. The 3 bedrooms are quite large, (especially the master) with everyone able to have their own bathroom. The kitchen is well designed and quite functional, plenty of room for foodstuffs if you are planning to cook more than eating out. The house was extremely clean and seem to be well kept, the owner was even there doing some landscaping as we arrived. The screened porches both front and rear added to the experience by allowing us to enjoy the early mornings and late afternoons without having to fight the insects that can be common to this area. Everything needed is here, with access to 2 pools and a lake on property. Only 2 blocks from the beach and direct access made it possible to walk unless you are carrying alot of gear to stay the entire day at the beach. There was also a place at the beach access that allowed you to be able to unload things from your car! This was quiet a find and we will plan on spending many summers here as long as it is available. I really can't say enough about what a great place this is! So come on down to Seagrove and enjoy the relaxing experience of beachlife, finefood, shopping and just getting away!
