We love staying here and Stephanie makes it so easy to check in and out, This is such a clean and welcoming home that we have been to for many years. Our trip got shortened due to the hurricane but we always have a great stay and look forward to returning each year!

Perfect vacation!

From the perfect location, easy beach access, and comfortable beds- we are already booked again at Sea La Vie next spring!! Can’t wait to come back to Seagrove and especially to this house!

Great family vacay

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The location was great which gave us quick access to the beach, ice cream, and Seaside for shopping. The house is beautifully decorated and provides all the essentials for families. We look forward to coming back real soon!

The perfect beach cottage!

We loved this adorable cottage! Beautiful furnishings, roomy, high end decor, and wonderful amenities! It had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend it for a vacation along the 30A!

Beautiful, well maintained, clean, spacious, home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood within a short walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. We have been renting in this neighborhood for several years and all the homes are meticulously maintained. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We loved our week of paradise!

Always a great stay at Sea La Vie

We love going to 30a and it wouldn’t be the same unless we stay at Sea La Vie. Stephanie always keeps the house updated, clean and inviting. This was our 4th stay here and it was just as awesome as the 1st. Perfect stay for our family as it feels like home.

Amazing

What a great stay! Under 5 min walk to the beach and in peaceful neighborhood. Front porch was great and you have everything you need for the beach. Great for families and walking distance to the Perfect pig, donut hole and 30A cafe. Great stay with great owners

Great house!

Short walk to the beach and amenities in the house were great. The kids loved the Xbox on a rainy day. The beach wagon really came in handy.

Wonderful property with a perfect location. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience.

Property is larger than the photos suggest. Location is convenient to the beach, shopping, and food. Everything you could ask for within short walking distance. Owner was helpful and stayed in touch through your stay. Could not ask for more

Beautiful home and close to the beach

Beautiful home across the street from the beach in a nice neighborhood. Easy and close access to the beach great when having older teens who can go to the beach themselves. Great kitchen appliances including a crock pot and griddle.

I’m glad that you enjoyed your stay! I think our home is in a great area. It’s walking distance to 2 beach shops, Mexican restaurant, The Perfect Pig, a nail salon, urgent care and a ice cream shop. Goat Feathers is across from the neighborhood and a Donut shop that has home made donuts every morning. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We are also close to Seaside but in a quiet family oriented neighborhood.
