HOME DESCRIPTION: This brand new home in 2007 boasts an excellent location for anyone wanting to be close to the heart of Seattle and all the attractions that this city has to offer. Conveniently situated about 300ft from convenience store, ATM and a bus stop. There are also about 10 restaurants within 1 mile from the front door, with the first one being only a block away! This is perfect for the renter that does not want the added cost of renting a vehicle and wish to explore Seattle through the city's transit system.
The home itself is inviting with its cozy gas fireplace, gleaming hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. In addition, beautiful slab granite countertop wraps the fully functional kitchen. There are four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Both the master suite and the fourth bedroom have elegant vaulted ceilings, with skylights and sports a surrounding view. Your comfortable sleeping accommodations will include a king size high quality (12" thick) memory foam mattress in the master suite, queen size pillowtop mattress in the 2nd bedroom, a high quality queen Stearns & Foster mattress in the 3rd bedroom and the last room will have a bunk bed that consist of a full/double size bed on the bottom and a twin size on top. There will also be a sofa bed in the living room that opens out to a queen size mattress. Parking is available for one small car in a garage that has an automatic garage door opener. Plenty more parking is also available off street, adjacent to the home. Wireless internet, satelite TV and washer/dryer provided.

My wife and I got together last week in Seattle with my sisters, one from Chicago and one from Denver with their husbands.We stayed at this property and it was the best experience we could have ever had. The house is comfortable and everything you need is right there. Public transportation is close. This is the first time we stayed in a vacation rental and will definitely return on our next trip to Seattle. I highly recommend this property.

Our family had a blast here. It was so much better than a hotel. We came to WA to see my son for his 4-day pass from Ft. Lewis, before being deployed to Iraq. Spending time together in the house was much easier and more family oriented that a hotel room/lobby. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We even ate Easter dinner here! Perfect for family time! The neighborhood was safe. The home was close to many ethnic restaurants and only a few minutes from Sea-Tac Airport riding the Link train which drops you off three blocks from the house. The owner stated he would return the deposit within two weeks. He refunded the deposit in less than two weeks. If my son comes back through Ft. Lewis after his deployment, I would stay here again! My family thanks you!

Stayed with family (6) over Thanksgiving. Just what we were looking for. We were able to cook a complete Thanksgiving dinner as well. Very close to downtown Seattle. The house is very comfortable and practical. So much better than renting a couple of hotel rooms for our family. You cannot beat the value either :o)

We stay here with our group of 10 people. The home was very comfortable and cozy with its beautiful gas fireplace. With only a few miles and a couple of turns to the core downtown area, this was the perfect home for any tourists wanting to explore Seattle.

I'd have to say that this was a very positive experience with this beautiful home. It is filled with warm touches and super comfy beds. The king memory foam bed in the master has to be the most comfortable bed that both my husband and I have slept on. The owner was very classy to say the least. Our son broke what appears to be a fairly expensive vase, but the owner said he won't charge us for it. True to his word, our deposit was refunded within hours of us vacating the home. The caliber of professionalism in every aspect is highly applauded.
