Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

It is very important to follow instructions regarding keeping our home cool when we experience air temperatures. This is clearly outlined in check-in instructions that were sent prior to arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No events allowed this is prohibited by King County Code enforcement. Booking guests must occupy while hosting others Quiet hours 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at the lake and dock at all times. NO Diving! Shallow water.
Vacant lot to N. is private property and violators will be towed. Let your guests be aware as well. Off street parking for 2 mid size cars.

Property was stunning and very clean. The balcony views of the lake were amazing to wake up to and great for listening to the water. Property is conveniently distanced from the busy Seattle city, while still close enough for a quick drive into the city for a nice dinner or two during the stay. Highly recommend!

This house was amazing and provided everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the appliances are awesome. Everyone in our group was totally impressed not only with the location (Lake WA) but also with how comfortable and inviting the house was for our gathering. The view from the balconies is spectacular. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious. The host was gracious and very responsive to all of our communications. You will certainly be glad if you stay at Bella Vita. We are already starting to plan our next stay at this house.

Beautiful lake view with a large living area was definitely comfortable staying at the house. Although there was a fireplaces but didn’t know how to turned it on. No instructions can be found. It would have been better if it worked. Especially the weather was still cold at times.

Hosted a group here for a birthday party and could not have picked a better location. The house is beautiful with sweeping views of Lake Washington as you enter and a great entertaining area by the water. Will definitely be back.

We loved visiting Seattle and all the wonderful attractions, and then coming back to a house with a beautiful setting and playing games with my grand children. Quick communication with owner with quick answers to all questions. We would stay here again if we come back.

Spacious and amazing property with a full view of Lake Washington! Bedrooms with balconies that open up to see the sunrise over the water in the morning. Fire pits for the evening. Bedrooms are huge! Great area to socialize downstairs. Very highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay here! Ot was our large family Cousin Camp and the property was perfect. There was room enough for everyone and we never felt cramped. The open floor plan allowed us to all be in the same space - cooking, playing cards, reading and we could all be together without being on top of each other. The owner responded to minor issues very quickly! Tried to book for same weekend next summer and it’s already booked! So, act fast! She’s a keeper!!

Great for retreats!

I hosted a small group of women for a retreat weekend. It was a beautiful environment to rest and refresh in. plenty of room for everyone, great view and very clean. Instructions were simple and not overbearing and the host was gracious, easy to communicate with and accommodating when unexpected snow hit.

Seattle Family Vacation

My family and I visited Seattle for 5 days. We had a group of 16 people and this cozy home with beautiful, scenic views of Lake Washington was more than accommodating. Our host, Cheryl, was great! We arrived a little earlier than planned and she had no issue with us checking in a little earlier than planned. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great - with a nearby park we visited to play pickleball and a cozy Ethiopian coffee shop within walking distance. We would gladly stay here again and I recommend this to anyone looking for a large home with a beautiful view!

Beautiful House and Location

Beautiful house right on the water with breathtaking views. Our group mostly just slept there because we were busy with checking out all the sights around Seattle, but the home was amazing. The hot water heater was having a hard time keeping up, and the parking space was very small, but that’s the only negatives we had the whole time. We would definitely stay here again!
