  We had a large family reunion at this condo so we needed several units to accommodate all of us. My small family stayed in this unit, and it exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable, spacious, and well stocked with all of the necessities. It is obvious the owners put forth great effort into making it a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend this property to anyone!

  There are not enough words to describe this condo. It is absolutely beautiful!!! This was "the girls" first trip to the beach together. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. All 6 of us could sit on the sectional and even stretch out. The beds so comfortable. I could go on and on!!!! Wes and Laberta we had the best time ever!!!! Thank you so much for making your condo available to a group of women who so needed this getaway.

  We stayed in this unit June 25 - July 2, 2011. It was wonderful! Very clean and we LOVED the big comfy couch. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is very well stocked and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks! We look forward to coming back.

  Our family has rented this condo twice and has enjoyed our stay both times. This condo is beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. The pool is close to the unit and the unit is close to the beach. The grilling area is perfect for those nights you don't want to eat out. After, I write this review, I will be booking out third trip to Property # 185159. Thank you Les and Leberta!! The Phillips Family

  My family had been stressed to the extreme then, came the condo in Phoenix 9. The condo was like staying in a 5 star hotel a dream come true. We laughed, stay at the beach, and eat and eat wonderful food. When it came time to leave no one wanted to go home. Mr. and Mrs. Moore was the absolute best to work with. Mrs. Moore went out of her way to be helpful. Because of them and the condo my family and freinds had a great bonding time. We cannot wait for our next vacation with them.

  Rain or shine Phoenix 9 is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Never had any of us sat on a more comfortable couch. The kitchen and bar was stocked with more than you would ever need. The master bed room was divine, loved the pocket doors and very large bath. The den is so spacious that there is room to dance! Anyone would love this condo. We would love to return. B.B.'s of Madison, Ms.

  This was our second stay at this wonderful condo and we will definitely be back! My family has been going to Orange Beach for years and this unit certainly has all the "Bells and Whistles" any one could ask for. We love how comfortable every thing is. The kitchen is very well equipt and ALL of the beds, couches, etc.. are so comfortable. One of the best things about this trip in paticular, was that my mother (81) came with us. Because of some physical restrictions, she hasn't been able to enjoy lounging on the beach for the last several years. This unit was perfect because the board walk to the beach and the umbrellas were completely accessable. The owners of this unit are great! They are very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I would (and have) highly recommend this unit to anyone. (Just please don't take the weeks that we want to go :-) Don, Patty, Jonathon M.

  Owner response: Patty and her family are loyal guests. They returned to our condo this summer in spite of the oil spill disaster and reported to us that the beaches were clean and witnessed cleaning crews there ready to recitify the situation if tar balla washed up. They reported restaurants were not busy as they normally would be at this time of the year so they could be seated immediately. Other acitivities there such as shopping, golf, water parks, etc. were still enjoyable. Look forward to having them back next year.

  A group of 8 girls stayed at this condo the weekend of April 29-May 2. We had a great time! I have stayed at Pheonix IX in the past and knew that I would stay there again. Although one of our days was rainy, we still found entertainment and fun in the full size indoor pool and hot tubs (that look out over the beautiful bay). The condo is very nice! HUGE couch, bar (with ice maker) and very large kitchen area. Eight people slept very comfortably with room to spare. The balcony has an amazing view, as well. 11th floor, breathtaking view. There are also great restaurants close by. Cobalts, one of my favorites, is about 1/2 mile from this condo. Other great restaurants on the bay are a close 5-10 min drive. Great shopping, such as The Wharf or SanRoc Cay are also a close 5-10 min drive. And let's not forget the world famous, FloraBama which is a 5 min walk away. Great way to end the night! All in all, there are absolutely no complaints about this condo or it's location. We had a great time and look forward to returning soon!

  Our family stayed in this fabulous Phoenix 9 condo for a week in April during spring break. Our daughter and her family stayed in this condo and the rest of us were in another wonderful condo right next door. The owners of this condo were a treat to work with. All questions were answered promptly. The listing descriptions and photos are accurate....in fact, they do not adequately describe how really wonderful this property is. The condo has every amenity a person could possibly want and is clean and well furnished. The beach is beautiful and the views from the balcony are spectacular. We had a great time and would love to come back to this condo again someday.

  Greatest vacation again!! Condo is wonderful, extra roomy for 8 adults. Beach is perfect, never crowded, and we were there during the busy time of year, late June. I've stayed in Pheonixes for the past 14 years and have not stayed in one so beautiful. The Moores are such gracious owners, very accommodating and easy to rent from. I recommend this condo to everyone. THis is our second year to stay here and will probably come back again next year.
