We are 10 minutes from the heart of Lake Geneva.
There is something here for everyone in your family. You are a short walk from the beautiful beaches.
The lake is great for fishing, boating and swimming so don't forget to pack your bathing suit and head to the sandy beach located 1/2 block from the house.
Our house is cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated with lots of natural sunlight. Enjoy your home away from home.

2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds and top of the line pillow top mattress for a good night sleep Zzzzzzzzzzz. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the linen closet. 1 full bathroom. 42'' plasma TV in the Great Room, 32'' flat screen TV in bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories to cook up a great meal or cook out on the gas BBQ grill outside on the spacious deck.
Take a 10 minute drive to down town Lake Geneva and there are many restaurants to chose from such as Popeye's, Houlihans, Geno's East Pizza, Cactus Club, Champs, Starbucks, Potbelly's and many more.
Available for rent all year round. This home has many recreational possibilities with a lot to see and do on and around the lake! So treat yourself and your family, bring your pooch too! Our 1/3 acre yard is fully fenced.
We welcome your boats, boat launch is located 1/2 block from the house. The boat can be parked in the driveway.
This lake does freeze over. Enjoy ice fishing, snow mobiling and ice skating and Cross country skiing. Alpine Valley Ski Resort is about a 25's minute drive.
The Grand Geneva ski resort is 15 minute drive.

Perfect for Dogs of All Sizes

This vacation rental was perfect for all of our dogs for our annual family fest. Kelly, Dan and Kris really make you feel welcome. The cottage is cozy and really clean. The yard is great and extremely large and I never felt like my dogs would escape which makes it a stress free stay. Even has a basketball hoop and ball! Making Smores by the fire pit was a major plus for everyone in our family. You will see deer walking across the street or even running in the neighbors run which I experienced while out in the yard with our Golden Retriever who was even surprised by this awesome site. This is a great rental and we hope to be there every year for our family trip.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

If you want a virtual oasis away from home, Here It Is !!! Our stay was such a delight Kris, we so look forward to returning. The televisions in the bedrooms and the one in the living room, were so convenient for everyone. The two deck/patio areas were awesome.And last but not least, the gated yard was great for freway to run and play safely. Thanks sooo very much!!! P.S. Such good people you all are,hope to meet you next time?

We had a great time on our vacation at your cottage. It is very spacious for the 4 of us and being able to bring our dogs along was a great convienence. The beds and furniture are very comfortable too!!! I look forward to my next visit there!!!!
