This is a small 19 unit townhome community with ample parking and ground floor access. Come visit our place. We love it and hope you will too.

We absolutely loved your villa and its location. We've been vacationing in Sea Pines since 1979, and feel like we know the area very well, and we were thrilled with our experience at Sound Villas. The view is spectacular, and the beach access is perfect. Even when we were inside we still felt like we were on vacation, and morning coffee and evening cocktails were fabulous with a view of the water and nature (bluebirds, deer) from the balcony or patio. Your villa is spacious, clean, and very well equipped, and the outdoor shower was a huge bonus for cleaning up the kids after a day at the beach. The location is truly amazing, and great for kids. They swam in the water at the beach and got to see tons of dolphins and even some rays along the shore. We couldn't believe how close the dolphins come to the shore, and how often. We saw baby dolphins swimming alongside their moms, and fully jumping out of the water in play. We've always loved South Beach and the Salty Dog marina and outdoor restaurant, but your villa really brought the South Beach experience to a whole new level of perfection. In addition to the beach, we rode bikes everywhere, swam in the pool (unheated, but the kids didn't mind!), and watched the kids use their scooters in the parking lot. We played catch in the grass, ate out, saw Gregg Russell, climbed the light house twice, visited Lawton Stables and the Forest Preserve, and cooked out on the grill for a relaxing meal at home. Our idea of a perfect HHI vacation! (My husband played golf, too!) You and Ann really have thought of everything to make your vacation home as comfortable as possible for your guests. Thank you! I had never used VRBO before, and was a little nervous, but the experience turned out to be above and beyond my expectations (no false advertising!! It really is as good as it seems!). I feel so lucky that I found your place after searching through many VRBO posts. We don't have the kids school calendar for next year yet, but as soon as I do, I hope to book it again. Thank you for a fabulous Hilton Head vacation. What a find!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The access to the beach was great. Wonderful views of dolphins, boats and etc from both the upper deck and lower patio. Everything we needed was there in the villa. I have been fortunate to be a guest of my friends for years who have rented this beautiful condo each summer in August. You have easy access to the pool, beach and the Salty Dog shopping plaza just steps outside the door. There is plenty of room to share the family dinner, have cocktails on the deck at sunset, read a book in a quiet bedroom on any of the 3 levels or cook and grill out steaks and shrimp while enjoying the dolphins in the water. It is beautifully decorated and you will want to return year after year. It will become a favorite and offer you many lasting memories.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
