The second floor includes two airy bedrooms with a connecting full bath. An extra large window seat provides a quiet place to relax and read a book or people watch the streets below. The third floor holds another bedroom and large bathroom, plus a great room with enough comfortable seating for the whole family to watch TV or play one of the many card and board games provided.

This incredible townhome is located in the picturesque Village of Five Points. Tree lined paths provide the perfect back drop for family bike rides or a romantic sunset stroll. This exclusive community provides activities for all. During the day enjoy the community activity center, pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, biking trails, soccer pavilion, playing fields, ponds and lush gardens, all within a short walk. In the evening, nightlife is just a few steps away. Five Points features some of the finest restaurants and shops in Lewes.

Hop in the car or take a bike ride to Lewes beach, where you’re able to enjoy swimming, fishing, boating and a host of other water sports. More beaches, nature trails, bird sanctuaries and the Seaside Nature Center can all be found at Cape Henlopen State Park, just outside Lewes.   • What a fantastic find!! This house is spacious, comfortable, convenient and all-around just a great place to stay. We decided to try Lewes in mid-February and were delighted with the number of attractions minutes away from this beach house. The outlet shopping was absolutely phenomenal this time of year, the boardwalks and beach shops were open and accessible, and at the end of the night when we were all tuckered out it was just a few miles drive back to the house. Given how close this community is to all the local attractions (including some great restaurants within the community itself), on top of how nice the house itself is, I can't end the review with anything but my highest recommendation!
