Chalet-style home with large deck recently remodeled with a mountain decor. One block to town lift access to PCMR, on bus route for easy access to other resorts or grocery store, short walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Four bedrooms:master has a queen along with a twin, and its own full bath with tub. The other two bedrooms upstairs share a bath, one room has a double bed and the other two twins. The fourth bedroom located downstairs has a double bed as well and uses the bathroom next to it. There is a large dining room table to eat on, as well as counter space with stools for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. Washer/dryer and fireplace as well.

I just stayed here again for the third time. Great for a family or group. The location is perfect with an easy walk to main street. If you have taken the time to read my review, stop reading and start booking.

Some friends and I rented this house for vacation in February 2011. I had been here 2 previous times with other people. This is the only place we consider renting when we go to PC. It is in a great location. It was a very comfortable place to stay. As a matter of fact, I intend to return to Park City to rent this house in the future. I have rented 1 or 2 vacation properties per year for the past 10 years or so. Of all the places I have stayed, this is my favorite rental anywhere. The owner is responsive to requests and any problems I experienced have been solved within an hour or so.

My friends and i had a great stay at this house. Easy walk to Main St for food and drinks,close access to Town ski lift in the morning. we didnt need a car as we could walk or take the free bus anywhere. The hot tub got used alot after full days on the slopes. We enjoyed the large tv for movies on the nights we opted to stay home and not hit the many bars on Main St. I would recoommend this house to any groups of friends lookig for a affordable, comfortable place in Old Town.

This is house is in a great location for skiing, walk to the end of the street, click into your skis and ski to the town lift. It is a quick walk less than 5 minutes to the bottom of main street and to a few ski rental places. There is a bus stop in each direction right at 10th and Park so you can get anywhere in Park City with ease, no vehicle is needed. The house is great with lots of space on the main floor for adults and kids. I would definitely recommend for families and or a few adult couples. Did I mention you can bring your pet, fantastic.

We stayed here for a ski weekend and highly recommend it! The walk to the Town Lift was very short, and the Town Lift had everything you need (rentals, ticket window, storage, etc). The house was very comfortable, with plenty of space and dishes for cooking and eating. The fireplace and hot tub were perfect. Thanks, Lauren, for a great weekend!

My friends and i stayed at this house for our annual ski trip and had a terrific time. The location was an easy walk to the ski lift and then restaurants and bars at night--no driving required! The gang loved the hot tub and we could all use our computers to do some work since the house has wifi. Large Flat screen tv in the livingroom provided nice movie nights by the fire as well. We loved PC and would definately return to this house for another trip.

We stayed at this terrific place Feb 09, and had a great time. Perfect location, in town and easy walk to the lift, delightful, tasteful house, excellent beds, clean and bright, all the amenities, hot tub was just right. Lauren, thanks, your advice was always right on!!
