  We enjoyed a great week in your home. Our party of 7 fit nicely in the home. There was plenty of space for meals and just laying around. The hot tub saw heavy use. We ended up driving to the resorts, but the town lift access is really close. Easy walk to main street restaurants.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  I've stayed at this property twice. It is very conveniently located next to the town lift to Park City Mountain Resort. While not ski-in/Ski-out, it's about as close as your can get while also being ridiculously convenient for Park City attractions like High West Distillery and the restaurants and shops of the main street. The house easily accommodates 3 couples and 2 kids, along with some couch surfers. Or 5 Adults who each want their own beds. Plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of privacy. Great Hot Tub, HDTV, Fireplace, decent kitchen, dining table for 8-10. If you are looking for a nice place to crash for your trip to Park City, take a look at this property. It's well maintained, clean and comfortable. And it's CLOSE!

  Great house with awesome location - everything was as advertised and the owner very easy to work with. So nice to be able to walk to both the slopes (town lift) and the great bars/restaurants on Main Street. Highly recommended!

  I have been going to Park City every year for 20 years, and stayed at this property for the last 10. The house is situated perfectly in Old Town with an easy walk to either Main Street or the Town Lift. The house is fully equipped and the owners are always available and the go out of there way to make your stay pleasurable. I have stayed at other properties in PC when this house was not available, but always try to stay here with my family.

  House was perfect a group of guys looking to ski all day and walk to entertainment at night. Can see the town lift from in front of the house, and you are on main street with a quick walk. Plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely grab this place again if ever back in Utah. Hot tub and grill made for a great night in too.

  Very homey, clean and great for entertaining! Lovely front deck. The walk to Old Town is so short.

  I just stayed here again for the third time. Great for a family or group. The location is perfect with an easy walk to main street. If you have taken the time to read my review, stop reading and start booking.

  Some friends and I rented this house for vacation in February 2011. I had been here 2 previous times with other people. This is the only place we consider renting when we go to PC. It is in a great location. It was a very comfortable place to stay. As a matter of fact, I intend to return to Park City to rent this house in the future. I have rented 1 or 2 vacation properties per year for the past 10 years or so. Of all the places I have stayed, this is my favorite rental anywhere. The owner is responsive to requests and any problems I experienced have been solved within an hour or so.

  My friends and i had a great stay at this house. Easy walk to Main St for food and drinks,close access to Town ski lift in the morning. we didnt need a car as we could walk or take the free bus anywhere. The hot tub got used alot after full days on the slopes. We enjoyed the large tv for movies on the nights we opted to stay home and not hit the many bars on Main St. I would recoommend this house to any groups of friends lookig for a affordable, comfortable place in Old Town.

  This is house is in a great location for skiing, walk to the end of the street, click into your skis and ski to the town lift. It is a quick walk less than 5 minutes to the bottom of main street and to a few ski rental places. There is a bus stop in each direction right at 10th and Park so you can get anywhere in Park City with ease, no vehicle is needed. The house is great with lots of space on the main floor for adults and kids. I would definitely recommend for families and or a few adult couples. Did I mention you can bring your pet, fantastic.

Value season: early December , early January and early April

Winter regular season which is most of ski season is $550 per night

Discounts for last minute bookings of open rental periods.

Dogs allowed with permission and deposit only

Summer season: $150-200 per night Weekly and Monthly available

half of total due to secure reservation booking. Balance due 45 days prior to check in date. Checks accepted as payment.

Security deposit returned within 2 weeks of checkout inspection

Additional Fees and Taxes:

$120 cleaning fee

10.95% Utah lodging tax

Refundable damage and pet deposit required. Amount varies according to stay
