It really is like walking into a Tuscan resort! The beauty and décor of the home and grounds immediately engulfs you in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, and everything lends itself to a sense of privacy and seclusion. The landscaping is beautiful with all of the greenery. The house is so spacious and its floor plan so well laid out that having a house full of people staying there never makes anyone feel a lack of privacy. I admit I was concerned about the logistics of having everything at one place, but the transition from Friday to Saturday went so smoothly. The house itself was a big factor in how well everything transitioned, but Rhonda and Alan were another major factor! From our first official meeting with Rhonda to our final encounter, we could not have asked for more! It was like having a trusted friend overseeing details during a time when your attention needs to be elsewhere. She is a master at multi-tasking, and her organizational skills are awesome! The house and grounds were ready and waiting when we arrived, and Rhonda and Alan were there to attend to everything they had agreed to. That was a list in itself! The wedding and reception couldn’t have been more beautiful! There was no need for any decorations because the natural beauty of the surroundings was perfect! The bride’s entry was exquisite with the backdrop of the house. The ceremony was private and personal in the lower patio with its arbor of trees and the newly expanded and renovated seating area. The reception on the upper patio felt like a private affair at a 5 star restaurant. And the bride adds, “I was so very relieved to find something so beautiful that fit our budget! Rhonda had no preconceived notions as to who should cater or provide food or serve beverages. This allowed me to bring in the caterer of our choice and serve our own wine and keg. Also, by having the rehearsal dinner at the venue, my in-laws were able to provide a fried catfish dinner (Rhonda also has cafeteria tables to help seat a crowd)! It was so nice to have the wedding party and our parents stay with us--always people ready to help! The convenience of having everything in one spot was priceless. As for Rhonda--she was always just an email or phone call away. She was great to work with and she was very thorough with every detail, including my flowers. Wonderful Weekend in August to Remember our Loved One

What a beautiful backdrop for a weekend to remember my husband and share it with so many of our friends. The home is beautiful but the yard and pool are fantastic. I don't know how it could be so beautiful after such a brutal summer. Obviously a lot of time and effort is spent on the yard and home to keep it so beautiful. Thank you so much for taking care of tables, chairs and tablecloths for us. That was such a help. You knew exactly how to place them so that everyone had plenty of room but were still close enough to chat. Everyone who attended commented on what a great party and as everyone knows a lot goes into the planning and you were right there helping me all the way. The party wouldn't have been such a success without your guidance. The out of town guests were thrilled to be able to stay at such a lovely home. Your bedrooms are beautifully decorated yet we felt like we were in a home, not a hotel and that made everyone much more comfortable. Along with about fifty of my closest friends we wholeheartedly recommend your beautiful home for parties and weekend stays. The ones who stayed for the weekend all said we need to plan this to be an annual occasion. That is really saying something when the temperatures didn't go below 105 all weekend long! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Perfect family getaway!

My family truly enjoyed our time at this gorgeous home. All the amenities you can think of and more! The owners were great and responsive to questions too. We felt like we had been welcomed into their home. We cooked some truly gourmet meals in the kitchen, slept like babies in the comfy beds, and spent hours relaxing (or playing basketball) in the pool. The volleyball court provided additional fun. We never got a chance to use the firepit, but perhaps on a future trip during a cooler season. Easiest rental experience I've had to date, and the online photos don't do it justice! Our family vacation couldn't have been better. Thanks! Look forward to next time!

Ladies Getaway Weekend

A Magical Weekend

What an incredible place! The Carnley's and the Tuscan House are absolutely spectacular. It was the perfect place for our small family wedding in which about 40 guests were in attendance. The house was beautiful and our families enjoyed staying there for the weekend. The beautiful pool, patio, and incredible landscaping and flowers provided the perfect setting for our ceremony and reception! We truly couldn't have been more pleased! The Cranley's were so gracious and helpful and we can't thank them enough!

Wedding at A Villa

I had my wedding at this beautiful home and everything about this home was perfect. From the pool to the volleyball court to the pretty interior...no decorations are needed when having a wedding here. Plus, Rhonda and her whole family were so inviting and helped me plan and execute a wedding that I will never forget. The guests at my wedding were so amazed at how beautiful the backyard was and said it was one of the most comfortable and gorgeous weddings they had ever been too. Thank you Rhonda for everything that you did for us especially my wedding flowers!! They were too pretty and looked amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Carnley House and everything it had to offer. On the Friday night of our stay, we hosted a cookout for 19 family members and we had everything we needed at our fingertips! The pool was fabulous, the location was perfect and the Carnley's were very helpful! We'll be back again!

This was an awesome house!! Even though the pictures on the website are great, they don't do this house justice. If you have a large group, you can't beat this house for the price. I manage a bike racing team and we travel a lot and stay in all kinds of accommodations and this house ranks #1 of all the places we have stayed.
