This beautiful Tuscan-style home, nestled into a hill outside of Georgetown, is the perfect place for your next family reunion, executive retreat, or bridal party accommodations.
From the marble-floored great room, past the formal dining room, a glimpse of the private back yard swimming pool will lure you outside, where you’ll also find a large covered porch, a fire pit, even a regulation-sized volleyball court.
This back yard was built for fun! The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, will welcome those who are in the mood to cook, or you can go to one of the many restaurants nearby.
With three bedrooms and 4.5 baths, the home has room to comfortably sleep up to 6 in beds. If you don’t mind roughing it on the sofa and daybed/window seat, bring along some sleeping bags, and the house can accommodate up to 9.
The master bedroom suite with its spa-like bath, is on the main floor, while the other bedrooms are upstairs.
Conveniently located about one mile from the intersection of I-35 and Highway 29 (Wolf Ranch Mall), the home offers easy access to Round Rock and Austin. In fact, downtown Austin is just 25 miles away.
Even closer, of course, is downtown Georgetown, less than a ten-minute drive from the home. The Victorian square is filled with boutiques, antiques, and art galleries, and you can catch a live show pretty much year-round at the historic Palace Theatre.
If your group is more into outdoorsy pursuits, we’ve got you covered. Lake Georgetown is less than two miles away, or you can hike along Georgetown’s renowned hike and bike trails. Many public golf courses nearby will offer fun and frustration for the golfers among you.
