  This condo is just what you see and more! When you open the door and walk into this lovely place you feel at home. It is not a stuffy hotel but rather "home" for the time you are blessed to spend there. We loved the location and walked to the beach each and every day. The grounds and pool are perfectly kept. Security is so good. Everything that the owners have placed into this condo was well chosen for decor and comfort. Cant wait to go again!

  Enjoyed our stay at Palms. We had busy days outside of our condo but enjoyed returning to a quiet and comfortable condo. Beds were absolutely splendid and the Lanai was nice a cool with a high end BBQ and lovely furniture. This unit is well equipped with beach equipment, excellent chairs and towels. We loved the Palms of Wailea location.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Don't stay any where else but here Left on 12/26/2012 for a stay in December 2012 Marta and Stuart sugar coat nothing here, it is everything and more, the unit was spotless upon arrival and everything they said and more, a beautiful location with great views and privacy and a short distance to the beach and easy access to the main roads to get you where you want to go. We will return and stay at the palms 703 Thanks again for providing an exceptional condo More Details ?

  Hard to find anything to add to the previous reviews. Marta and Stuart were great. The condo was perfect. The complex was well kept and in a great location. We turned on the aC long enogh to see how it worked and then did not use it the whole week. We kept the windowsand dorrs open day and night when we were home and it was wonderful. We ate breakfast on the lanai each morning and laughed at the crazy birds that joined us at the table. Great beds and bedding. Having a washer and dryer was very handy as we only brought carry on to keep things light.

  Condo very well stocked -- including beach supplies. Owners very accommodating. Very clean. Easy to get to + short driving distance to beach and shops. Great beds. Upscale BBQ. Quiet patio. Would certainly recommend. Great location for early morning walks. Could use a second air conditioner.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.

  This condo is really a gem with beautiful upgrades at a very well maintained resort-just like the pictures showed. The condo was sparkling clean with all the beach and cooking amenities we could have dreamed of. We woke to bird songs and jogged on the beach every morning. The snorkeling at the nearby beaches was very impressive and it was so easy to find ourselves swimming among turtles and other tropical fish. We were in great need of a getaway for just the 2 of us this Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Thank you Marta & Stuart for sharing your Maui vacation home with us! Renee & Matt

  My family had a great visit to Maui. The condo was perfect. It was so nice to be on the ground level for our 1 and 4 year old. There was so much room for them to run around on the lanai and yard. We took advantage of the brand new grill and had some wonderful dinners outdoors. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well. The new carpet and tile were VERY nice. We had a friend staying in another condo in the Palms that had not yet been updated...what a difference! Good proximity to the beaches, Wailea shopping, jogging friendly roads, grocery store, etc. We stayed in Kapalua the previous week and Wailea is definitely the sunny side of the island :)

  This condo was excellent! It was very clean, comfortable and the furnishings were very nice! We were very impressed with the grounds and the whole area and how well everything was kept! This place was beautiful and I would highly recommend this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Maui and loved the location and the beaches that were near by. Thank you for having such an amazing place and sharing it was us! Mahalo

  Marta & Stuart: Just wanted to let you know that Robert & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is so nice and clean and your beds are so comfortable! The grounds are well manicured and it is great to have the pool and hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. The lanai is very private and we enjoyed eating outside and listening to the birds. It is really nice to have the barbeque available to cook a meal once in awhile. The condo is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping and we will certainly recommend it to our family and friends. We will definately stay at your condo if we go to Maui again. Thanks very much for your hospitality.

  My husband and I went for a relaxing getaway and got that plus so much more! This location was incredible! The wide variety of beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away made each day a new adventure. The pool on the property was beautiful and the view made it seem as though you were at the ocean! The grounds were lush and green and we spent many an afternoon just sitting and enjoying the cooling breeze and the amazing surroundings. There was always something new to do in the area, without having to venture too far. We enjoyed the shops in Wailea and when we wanted something a bit more low key we ventured to the nearby Kihei and wandered the open air market. The property owners were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. When we head back to Maui we will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking at a stay in Maui!!!
