Sunset Paradise is a small complex of 17 units on the beach . Unit 8 is in the smaller building (#2) at the side of the complex - with a side view of the beach. There is parking for two cars at the front of the unit . The unit has covered parking beneath so there is stairway access to the unit .
The complex hosts a pool and hot tub, along with a large gas BBQ - you can step from the pool area directly onto the beach - a wonderful beach for families or couples alike. Indian Rocks Beach is a peaceful area - you are spoilt for choice with wonderful restaurants just a short walk away and even more to choose from a short car ride. if you are looking for more than a beach holiday then you have plenty to choose - you are nearby to Tampa - St Petersburg or Clearwater so you can visit , theme parks, shopping malls, museums and sporting events are all within easy reach. At the end of the day you can return back to this comfy unit to relax and sit on the beach, or BBQ your dinner by the pool to view the glorious Florida sunset .

We truly felt that this spot on the beach was a taste of paradise and loved soft sandy beach right on the doorstep - we loved the view and had enjoyed many happy holidays in this area. We could not believe our luck when we had the opportunity to have a home in the sun.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This really is our home from home - we can instantly relax and forget the stress and pressure of daily life as soon as our plane touches down in Tampa - the closeness of the airport means that in 40 minutes we are on the beach watching the sunset.

We just got back from our stay and had a wonderful time! The condo is clean, comfortable and so close to everything! The pool and hot tub were great and everyone is so friendly. The owners are very accomodating and helpful. Indian Rocks Beach is our favorite vacation spot and we can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything!!

This was our 3rd year of returning to Sunset Paradise. It's a wonderful complex and very family friendly. The unit is well maintained and kept very clean. It features a well equipped kitchen and lots of little extras that have kept us coming back each year. Sunset Paradise is located conveniently to everything. Walking distance to some great restaurants and only a Trolley ride away from tons of shopping, sightseeing, and everything a beach has to offer. I have recommended this property to family and friends and encourage you to see for yourself just how wonderful it is!

My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed renting this condo. The listing description is most accurate. The owners are great to do business with and all concerns and questions are always dealt with in a timely and helpful manner. They have made improvements to the condo that demonstrate their desire to constantly keep the condo updated and comfortable for their guests. We have made friends with some other renters and enjoy the community feeling that exists there in the winter. We have recommended this condo to family and friends. We enjoy working out at the GetFitness Club in Largo, dining at Guppies and Salt Rock Grill and soaking up the sun at the heated pool and beautiful beach.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed in this condo twice and loved it both times! Sunsets are beautiful! It is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. It has a view of the beach from the living room window, the pool is great, there is a hot tub and a grill by the pool. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beach shops.
