Great price, great location with walking distance to Canyon lodge. Parking was just outside the front door. Fire wood already chopped. I would stay here again. A few cons: the place was not professionally cleaned, need to leave extra pillows on the beds (new ones preferably), also needs extra towels, bath mat, hand towels for the bathroom. Although minimal complaints they mean a lot when you're staying for a few nights and don't have a bathmat to place on the ground. The owner was very responsive and fair, no issues there.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

It was a perfect sized condo for my husband and I who wanted to get away for a couple of nights during the holiday week in mammoth. The parking was fabulous (right in front of the front door) and it was quiet and all the neighbors we ran into were really friendly. The condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed kid time playing on the WII. I think the place is perfect for a couple, or maybe a small family with 1-2 children. Kevin, the owner, was really easy to get a hold of via email during our stay if we had any questions. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we would definintely go back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, sightseeing.
