Much like the Disney animated film, Fantasia cottage is both magical and serene. Enter this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath beach house off Tupelo circle through the large screened-in porch complete with fan and Adirondack chairs. As you proceed through the front door, you're greeted with the same openness that you found on the screened-in porch.

The spacious living and dining areas boast plenty of seating with built in blankets surrounding the outer windows. The charming kitchen is quaint and colorful with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking necessities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A full bath with walk-in shower completes the downstairs.

As you make your way up the hardwood stairs, you'll notice several architectural masterpieces; the first of which is the wooden slats in the floor that allow you see below. Additionally, the first guestroom has a peek-a-boo window that affords you as much or as little privacy as you want on the second floor. There you will also find a double bed and beautiful antique armoire.

The other two guestrooms are down the hallway. The first is home to a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and beautiful Seaside views, while the second exudes tranquility wrapped in a turquoise paint color with a trundle bed and built-in bookcases giving it somewhat of a library feel. A full bath on the second floor is shared by all.

Up another flight of stairs, you'll find yet another hidden gem of Fantasia's...a table for two in a cozy nook. Look out the windows as the town of Seaside bustles by. Continue to climb one more time up the ships ladder to enjoy the best seats in the house....Fantasia's tower puts others to shame with beautiful views of the Seaside rooftops and the emerald coast. It's well worth the climb and will quickly become you're favorite spot in this architectural masterpiece of a cottage!

Fantasia is centrally located in the town of Seaside and is steps to both the town square and the beach.

The Seaside Amenity Card is included with all "IN Season" rentals (March 6 - September 7). It is available other times subject to additional charge.

  • My family and I had a FABULOUS time at Fantasia in Seaside. We felt very safe letting our children ride bikes around the quaint little streets and into town. We drank our coffee on the balcony every morning and watched the town wake up. Every night, we had dinner on the balcony and watched the sunset. Thank you for providing such a special place for our family to unwind and reconnect. It was perfect!!!

  • Very nice stay! It was a bright, happy house. My kids; 9,7,7 and 2 loved the lookout and all the neat features of the house. It was kind of scary with the 2 year old, with all the stairs. All in all we had a great time!

  • My family of 4 plus 2 teenage friends have stayed in this adorable 3 bedroom cottage for our last 3 visits. We love the location in Seaside, peaceful with an easy walk to the beach and village. The house is very well designed with a comfortable interior. In fact, two of the kids bought air mattresses and made a play area and hange-out space on the 3rd level. The best feature is the 4th floor tower, it's the place to have a cocktail and take in the town and Gulf views which have beautiful sun-sets. We would absolutely love to stay at Fantasia on our next visit to Seaside.

  • My family, friends and I have stayed at this wonderful home on 3 occasions over the past 5 years and have enjoyed it immensely! Whether taking in the view of Seaside and the Gulf of Mexico from atop the widow's walk, listening to the rain on the metal roof of the screen porch, watching the kids explore it's many levels and fun spaces, enjoying a hot outdoor shower on cool autumn day, or relaxing with friends playing cards in the family room, there is always a new and fun way to experience this "Fantastic" home. I highly recommend it!
