Our Two Bedroom Ocean view Second-Floor Condo offers two luxurious bedrooms (Master King and second bedroom with two Queen beds) and a sofa bed in the living area, sleeping up to eight.
You'll have plenty of room in our spacious living and dining area (all rooms with blackout curtains), two full bathrooms (one walk-in shower), a full kitchen, (granite counter top bathrooms and kitchen), full size washer and dryer in the over-sized laundry room, and a private 325 square foot balcony (the largest in the building!) with ocean views.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, full size refrigerator with large freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware and bar with three upholstered stools. Other amenities: 8 chairs for the dining room table, jet tub in the King master bathroom, 42" flat screen in living room with DVD player, 36" TV's in bedrooms, voicemail, hair dryers and iron/ironing board. High speed internet access. Wheel chair accessible. Professionally decorated. Unit is non-smoking and no pets.
The Royale Palms Resort at Kingston Plantation/Shores is a new 24-story luxury high-rise connected to the Hilton Hotel. Our building on Kingston Shores has a private Royale Palms Club, Oceanfront Bar, Reflection Pond with Fountains, one of the most stunning Tropical Pool Complexes on the Grand Strand, and 24-hour security. The adjacent Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre premier vacation destination dotted with lakes and walking paths. It features 14 pools, a half mile of secluded beach, restaurants and bars, Marketplace shopping, and a Starbucks.

Why the Owner Chose Royale Palms
The Royale Palms on Kingston Shores has every amenity for families and couples. We enjoy the pool complex and beach, a massage, workout in the Sports Club, live entertainment at the beach bar, bicycle riding, tennis, volleyball, and bocce courts. Our grandchildren love to fish off Apache Pier, walk in the sand pool. Located nearby are many championship golf courses and countless entertainment venues. A personal favorite is the Alabama Theatre.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We relax on the double-sized balcony enjoying our beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoy eating lunch pool side at the Hilton next door and the entertainment at the beach bar. We walk up and down the beach in the warm surf. Our grandchildren take advantage of the organized games and activities.

We live near Pittsburgh, PA and are big STEELER and PENGUIN fans! Myrtle Beach is our favorite beach destination. We've been bringing our family here for over twenty years. The Grand Strand has the best sand and sea (warm and clean) on the east coast!

My family has vacationed in Myrtle Beach six times to date and this was our second time staying in the Royale Palms. Let me tell you that once you have stayed in this absoulty beautiful condo you will never be able to stay any were else. The Hilton keeps the grounds like new and Dianne's condo is perfect. My family vacation for 2011 was everything we thought it would be and more!!! Dianne thanks for everything.

We truly had a great stay this year. This was our third year at the Royale Palms, but the first year going through vrbo.com. Royale Palms is the best place we have ever stayed with nice, spacious condos, great pools, beach, and activities for the kids throughout the day. In addition, we hit the Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing multiple times and it is right down the road. We really enjoyed this condo on the second floor. When the elevator had long lines, we zipped up the stairs! This condo also had a really nice view of the pool and ocean. It was very clean and I liked the layout. When we had questions throughout the week, the owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend this condo.

Had a wonderful stay in May 2011. The resort is beautiful and the condo was the nicest and cleanest we have ever stayed in. We traveled with two young children and grandparents - a total of 6. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. Kids loved eating on the balcony. Going in May, we had the pools almost to ourselves and perfect beach weather. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderful condo! We loved everything about it. Rooms were large and comfortable and the dining sets on the porch were the perfect spot for all meals but especially for breakfeast - what a view! The location of Royale Palms is just perfect - close to everything, but in a very quite secluded residential area. Was pleasantly suprised to find that it was just blocks away from some of our favorite restaurants. I certainly hope to stay with you again in the future.

This was our 16th visit to Myrtle Beach. We have stayed in many condos and this was by far the best! We found it very clean, spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated and central to all amenities of the beach area. It's within walking distance of the Tanger Outlet Mall and a Super Walmart. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We returned yesterday from a wonderful week spent in this beautiful condo. This is easily the nicest condominium we have stayed in during our 10+ years of traveling and at a great price. The condo itself was immaculate. The rooms are huge and everything we could possibly need for the week was provided. I enjoyed the fact that we had a nice view of the ocean and grounds without having to take the elevator if we didn't feel like it. The grounds at the Royale Palms were beautifully kept and the pools were great. This condo is also close to the outlets mall and tons of great restaurants. My biggest compliment would have to go to Dianne for being the most helpful owner I have ever worked with. Every email was answered promptly, keys were delievered ahead of schedule and everything was exactly how she explained it to be. On our last night there, we made the mistake of locking our keys in our room. After making a phone call to Dianne (at 9:30 on a Friday night) she had someone there to let us in within a half an hour. We will definitely be returning to this condo on any future stays to Myrtle Beach!
