  Absolutely gorgeous condo. Beautiful furnishings, 3 flat screen TVs, stainless steel kitchen, granite countertops throughout. We loved the huge deck and also the 2 tables and chairs where we had our morning coffee with the view of the pool and ocean. Pool area was awesome with plenty of lounges and a tiki bar with great food and drinks. This is the best location on the beach. Many thanks to Diane for providing us with all the comforts of home and for being so nice to deal with. GO PENS!!!

  My husband and I stayed at the Royal Palms from January 26, 2013 through February 23rd and will repeat the experience in the future! This condo is so unbelievably beautiful, spacious, clean and has all of the touches of home plus!! Seriously, the designer curtains, bed spreads and well equipped kitchen is awesome. Now, add the spacious living room, dining room, bedrooms and the "to die for" bathrooms (oh the jacuzzi), etc. coupled with the view and very short walk to the beach is truly a taste of paradise. The location is great since you can actually walk to a number of restaurants on and off the beach like Finn McCool's, The condo is very close to the malls and the Tanger Outlets! Remember, the sun is always shinning in MB and at this Royal Palms Condo!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This resort was perfect for us...we loved this unit because the accommodations were exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed the beach, pools, and outdoor cabana/bar, and entertainment. The location was ideal with so many attractions/restaurants within a few minutes of the resort. This vacation was AWESOME.....we plan to come back next year. If you are considering renting this unit, go for it!

  We love the location and was really surprised on our first visit how great the condo was. This November will be our third rental of this condo in the past 18 months . The owners are really super to work with which enhances the whole experience. Look no further..this is the one to go for!

  This was are second time using this condo and it was as nice if not better than the first time. Dianne keeps this condo very clean and is a pleasure to work with. We will be booking again!!

  The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. What I really appreciated was that the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo and even when my son woke up early and watched cartoons in the living room I couldn't hear anything in the bedroom. I've stayed in a number of high rises in MB and have heard running down the hall, doors slamming, etc and did not experience any of that here. My only gripe might be lugging all the beach stuff down to the beach. We had to take the path to the boardwalk since we had stuff on wheels and couldn't take the shortest route to the beach since it was all stairs through the pool area.

  My family and I have been traveling to Myrtle Beach for many years and this condo far exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and all rooms are very spacious! The unit was immaculate and well stocked. The balcony is very large, the pool and beach were beautiful. We look forward to staying in this unit again. John and Lisa of Freehold, New Jersey

  My family has vacationed in Myrtle Beach six times to date and this was our second time staying in the Royale Palms. Let me tell you that once you have stayed in this absoulty beautiful condo you will never be able to stay any were else. The Hilton keeps the grounds like new and Dianne's condo is perfect. My family vacation for 2011 was everything we thought it would be and more!!! Dianne thanks for everything.

  We truly had a great stay this year. This was our third year at the Royale Palms, but the first year going through vrbo.com. Royale Palms is the best place we have ever stayed with nice, spacious condos, great pools, beach, and activities for the kids throughout the day. In addition, we hit the Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing multiple times and it is right down the road. We really enjoyed this condo on the second floor. When the elevator had long lines, we zipped up the stairs! This condo also had a really nice view of the pool and ocean. It was very clean and I liked the layout. When we had questions throughout the week, the owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend this condo.

  Had a wonderful stay in May 2011. The resort is beautiful and the condo was the nicest and cleanest we have ever stayed in. We traveled with two young children and grandparents - a total of 6. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. Kids loved eating on the balcony. Going in May, we had the pools almost to ourselves and perfect beach weather. Can't wait to go back!
