Vacation rentals near Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place

We did a 6 night stay and enjoyed our time.Great view and set up on the balcony. Parking - going up and down the ramps is a bit tight but is doable. Tip - get as close to the ramp as you can, then back up a bit and straighten out your vehicle as much as you can - it is much easier this way. If you just drive and go up/down the ramp in one motion your vehicle will be very close to the concrete walls (there are marks where many people have scraped). Parking would not deter us from staying here again.... just go slow and back up where helpful.Elevators - there are 3 on the property so we never had to wait long which was great.Thank you for a great stay.

This property didn’t disappoint. It was exactly as shown and expected.

Great location on a quiet street and set back from the road. Excellent house layout, every kitchen utensil/appliance was stocked. Lots of room for 5 adults, we ended up spending our time on the porch to enjoy the weather. TV in each bedroom and living room. BBQ ready to go. No Would definitely book again.

The pictures of Melinda's Beachfront condo are Amazing but don't do it justice.. our stay was better than we imagined ! The elevated view and proximity to the ocean is exactly what we needed. Surfside is quiet and not as busy as further north at Myrtle. The condo is very clean and all amenities come as advertised. the rooms are very comfortable and it really felt like our home from the moment we arrived. The soothing waves washing on the shore is worth the booking alone.

Property was clean and well kept.Kim was helpfull.Beach was expansive.A quieter more relaxed setting.

We loved every minute of our stay in your condo!! It’s in a perfect location, great size with all the amenities! Will definitely be booking again! We were sad to leave!
