Nothing can be quite as quintessential Roman than comfortably staying in a panoramic penthouse in Rome, having leisurely teatime or lunchtime "al fresco", or simply lingering with friends in the terrace.
You could not help watching for hours and hours the sights, trying to single out the dome or monument you visited strolling about Rome - or that you intend to discover the next day.
This unobtainable penthouse is endowed with two expansive and most panoramic terraces. The terraces include a large sitting area, and three tables with chairs. The lower terrace also has a little table for servings of teacups and coffee pots.
The higher terrace has stunning views of most Rome's sights. It is ideal for breakfast or a tea, or to consult your Rome guide, with direct view of all the sights. Bring your binoculars, as the views are amazing!
The interiors are wonderful in their own right, leaving aside the two fantastic terraces, and that you have views also from nearly every window.
The penthouse features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (of which one bedroom and one bathroom, situated in the terrace, are best suited during the warm season).
The sitting room is very large and charming, and it is endowed with a fireplace.
As in all the property, the architect created an interplay between apparently conflicting styles: traditional old-fashioned Italian features (cotto floors, wooden beams and furniture) and contemporary features, including large expressionist paintings.
There is a separate dining room, and also two kitchens (the master and one near the terrace, to avoid going back and forth to the main one to prepare meals "al fresco"). In the floor of the sitting room, dining room and kitchen you find two bedrooms (double/ triple and single), and two bathrooms.
The apartment is endowed also with a mezzanine, providing a cozy space to read or use the computer. It is also equipped with a clever washroom (with washer and clothes-dryer), tucked in the inter-space of the wooden ceiling. It is also near a large storage room (which can become a 6th bedroom!). The mezzanine leads to the higher corridor, with refined "graniglia" floors, large designer wardrobes, and two bedrooms (double and single). The rooms have ample wardrobes. From the windows you see picturesque old Rome roofs, the characteristic streets of the quarter, and all Rome's sights.
The higher floor is endowed with a bathroom.
In the lower terrace as mentioned you find a guestroom with en-suite bathroom. From its window you have beautiful views of Rome.
