This unit at High Point is our favorite place to go to the beach! It is clean and comfortable. We definitely feel at home when we are there. The king size bed in the master and the 2 sets of bunks in the guest room are perfect for our family! We love sitting out on the porch enjoying the beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. It is never too crowded at the beach or at the pool. We love the location, because we can ride our bikes to all of the fun shops, restaurants, and activities that take place from Alys Beach to Rosemary Beach. The shuffle board courts and the playground are a great addition for our young children. This place really has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation for your family!

Joyful Retreat

This condo was a joyful surprise. The whimsical decor just set the right mood for our whole vacation. I loved the original artwork and furniture. This is NOT your ordinary cookie cutter decor! The view is unmatched and the location was like living in "Pleasantville". The owner made us feel like we were a part of his family and was very helpful. Absolutley the easiest transaction I've ever made renting a vacation spot. The beach set up was just perfect, it was there anytime we decided to spend some time on the beach. We spent alot of time by the pool and made many new friends. The water was oil free (of course), but we did have summer grass in the water and did not spend much time swimming in the ocean at the condo, but the handy coupon book in the room lead us to a day boat trip to Shell Island where we got to swim in spectacularly clear water and watch the dolphins play. On our last night, we took our 4 year old on his bike down to Rosemary beach and had an icecream cone then down to a park where they were showing an outdoor movie. The whole atmosphere of Seacrest and Rosemary Beach is just magical. It makes you wish that real life could be like this everywhere. We cannot wait to return!

Best Year Ever and Not a Drop of Oil

We have been staying in this same condo for the last 8 years. My kids adore the pool and the beach chairs and umbrellas are a huge plus. The new Turtle Bar has attractive bright blue and lime green umbrellas and awesome burgers and grouper salads. Tuesday through Saturday nights, they have live music, which we all enjoyed. We love 30A. We timed it right for the Rosemary Beach West Indies Market this year. We love the Sugar Shack. For the first time, we went to Stinky's Fish Camp for dinner in Blue Mtn and had a fabulous dinner. We also love getting shrimp from Goatfeathers, already steamed, and bringing it back to the condo and eating by the pool. We always meet nice people at Highpointe and this year scheduled our trip to coordinate with a family we met there last year. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent Choice

With the exception of the units directly on the gulf, this unit has, without a doubt, the best view on the property. The unit is clean, well-maintained, well-stocked and an overall delight. The bunk room was perfect for our 3 girls and is highly recommended for any family with children. The location right next to Rosemary is exceptional! Be sure to get some doughnuts from the doughnut truck in Alys beach. But go early - they sometimes sell out by 9:00-9:30. Thedoughnuts are awesome. Despite 3 days of rain from the hurricane in Mexico we had a fantastic family vacation. We will definitely check availability on this unit for our next gulf coast vacation. Frank is a very attentive owner eager to work with his clients. You cannot go wrong with this unit - top notch accommodations, top notch location, top notch rental experience.

We Love this area and this condo is really a great value with the view and space. The pool is wonderful for kids and the bar area is a great place to eat lunch if you don't want to head back to the condo. Very nice to include a beach chair set-up daily. The kids loved the bunkbeds and all rooms were very spacious. This condo had such a large kitchen and den with windows overlooking the pool and the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The owners of this condo were so great to work with and we would def. stay here again!!

This was one of our best beach vacations as a family. High Pointe's location was wonderful, and the view from the condo was perfect....we had beautiful views of both the pool and the ocean. The condo itself was very pretty and clean. The pool was fabulous! We hope to go back again sometime. We went to Pier Park several times, which was only 15 minutes away. My daughter and I also enjoyed Gulf World. Children of all ages will like the Sugar Shack.

Thank you for an outstanding vacation! Your condo's location is the perfect spot. It has the best view of the beautiful pool and ocean beyond, and it is a quick walk to all of the Rosemary Beach amenities. All of our family's needs were met by the condo's furnishings, and the condo's decor was "beachy" and classy at the same time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning in the near future! We loved renting directly from you, the owner, and much prefer this to the hassle of rental agencies. We have enjoyed many family vacations at Highpointe Resort. But this week found just the two "grandparents" available for this condo unit, wonderfully decorated and furnished to ensure a time of relaxation, rejuvenation and adventure. The master bedroom set the tone; the second bedroom would fit all of our 7 grandchildren, if they accompanied us! The kitchen has ample dishes and glasses (we loved the large dinner salad/pasta bowls, better-than-average knives and caphalon skillets in particular). Of course the highlight in occupying this condo unit is the VIEW! Being a fouth floor unit directly in the middle, you can see the gulf waters standing at the kitchen sink, sitting at the table or being on the porch. And at night, you can be on the porch and savor the action, dim lights or calm trickle of the cascade fountain at the poolside area. You will find the owners of this unit are very interested in knowing that their unit is providing the appropriate measures for a great holiday for you and your family. Excellent restaurants to explore: Goatfeathers, Harbor Docks in Destin, Red Bar, etc . Very close to both Winn Dixie and Publix groceries as other shops on 30A.
