This beautifully renovated oceanfront Duneside villa is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the ocean views of Kiawah Island’s pristine beach! Located in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island, this 3 story, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathroom villa offers wonderful views of the ocean and is only a short walk to the beach, world-class golf courses, tennis courts, shops and restaurants.
Located just 40 minutes from historic Charleston, on Kiawah Island's West Beach, this villa is the ideal location to gather with family and friends. The first floor of the villa has three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and one with two twin beds, all offering a flat screen television and private bathrooms with granite counter tops. The first floor deck leads out to a boardwalk where you can access the wonderful Kiawah Island beach.
The second floor houses the main living areas. The lovely open kitchen has stainless steel GE appliances including a Monogram stove and gas range with grill top and warming section in the hood, a Profile side by side refrigerator, and a wet bar with wine cooler. The living room offers a large LCD television, a DVD player,and a Yamaha surround sound system with speakers in the ceiling. Also on the second floor is a spacious dining room. Enjoy the views of the ocean from the second floor screened porch and deck which lead down to the boardwalk to the beach.
The third floor is where you’ll find the private master suite with queen size bed, LCD television, DVD player, private bath with granite counter tops, and great ocean views from the bedroom.
This villa also offers you access to a community pool, only for Duneside residents. This is a benefit not available to many rental properties on Kiawah. An area to shower off is located on the beach boardwalk as well. There is ample off-street parking in front of the villa for you and your guests.
Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.
Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.
Non-refundable damage waiver fee of $45 will be charged for each reservation.

For first time visitors this was extremely helpful. As Bostonians, we were glued to the TV at times and grateful for the big screen TV. The view spectacular and ease of access to the beach and nearby facilities worked out great. The only issue we had was the alarm system going off for hours waiting for someone to disconnect and repair it. We were then forced to listen to it or stand outside. I thought this was a great location. Being on the front of the Island was great allowing you to get to places to eat quicker. The condition of the place was great. The only problem we had during the stay was the wireless kept going out. We contacted to agency and they came out the next day a fixed it. This has been one of the best places that I have stayed at on the Island. I would recommend this to people that like to cook as well. It has a great Kitchen though they do need to add more cookware but the kitchen was amazing. It is was nice to be able to walk out to the beach and also come back in for a quick bite to eat being only 100 yards from the beach. The place is spacious, scenic, and comfortable. I recommend this place for families to rent.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
