Dreamland is far more than just a place to stay. It's a special place; you'll know it the instant you pull into the driveway.
Check the calendar below and make plans to run to the mountains for a couple of days. You'll be refreshed, renewed, rejuvenated and ready to return to your regularly scheduled activities. People LOVE the beds here - some have said it's the best sleep they've had in years. Read what others say about Dreamland:
"In addition to the beautiful cabin & location... it really speaks volumes to see how much you and your family care for them. There is something about being part of the Country Ridge community that calls to me- I can't explain it!
" Dreamland made you do just that - dream of quiet and wonderful times together."
" Thanks for making our anniversary the best one yet!"
" We didn't want to leave. We have already decided this is THE place for us when we come back in the fall."
" Everything was so clean."
" We loved the upstairs balcony. We were in our own deluxe treehouse. "

Tucked tightly into the mountain, DREAMLAND's upper and lower balconies spill out into the trees and offer some of the best tools for dreaming up just about anything: a bubbling hot tub, rockers, a hanging swing, and private views of the surrounding hills and wooded mountains.

IN THE RIGHT SETTING, YOU CAN JUST ABOUT FORGET ALL OF YOUR WORRIES
DREAMLAND is one of three exclusive cabins in the Country Ridge Cabin Community - each nestled in its own nook on a private mountain 1200 feet in elevation. Just four miles from Pigeon Forge, this mountain retreat provides everything you need to slow down. We believe that the hurried pace you are accustomed to should be rewarded with a place to retreat for optimum peace. Here, you'll find many places to slow down.
The deep porches are made for rocking, the hot tubs know all about tired muscles, the balcony swing make a book read better, and steak from the grill just tastes better up here. Country Ridge began with the mountains - mountains noted for their lazy blue smoke and wilderness sanctuary. That's why afternoon naps come naturally here. The day is all yours.
DOING NOTHING IS A LEGITIMATE ACTIVITY
There's so much to do here. Explore the mountain and picnic on Country Ridge's six private acres, photograph nature, or pitch horseshoes with your family and friends. Famous mountain activities surround you in every direction. Nearby, you will find fishing, hiking, horseback riding, golfing, boating, wildlife viewing, theater, and a million and one other things. There's no end to the opportunities that await you, although we believe that the best thing to do at DREAMLAND is NOTHING at all.
TAKE THE BACK ROADS
Stray off the Parkway. The untold beauty of the Smokies is on her back roads. Surprise beckons around every bend in the locally traveled scenic side streets. Pull over for cider and a bag of boiled peanuts. Stop at the river and look for trout. Hop out and see where that nature trail leads. Be curious.
After all, you are on vacation. Is there really anywhere that you HAVE to be? It was on these beautiful back roads that we found the perfect mountain for Country Ridge and DREAMLAND – your home in the Smokies. It’s an experience, not just a place to stay. Slow down. Savor your life.
UT VOLS FANS: What could be better than attending the (winning!) game in Knoxville and returning to your mountain hideout in the Smokies? We are approximately 30 minutes from the stadium with easy access via Chapman Highway. Go VOLS!

We have just returned a few days ago from a weekend visit to Dreamland. The name is very fitting for the cabin. We were in Dreamland the whole weekend. We found the cabin very clean & you could definitely tell the owner has a great deal of pride in the property. It was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. We hope to visit one of the three cabins in the not too distant future. Again, thanks for sharing your pride of Dreamland with us.
Owner response:Carol, we're so glad that you enjoyed your visit to Dreamland and that it was restful for you. Hurry back!

Love love love this cabin! It’s had everything we needed, super clean, extra comfy beds, GREAT rates, close to all the great attractions but still in a very quiet picturesque mountain setting. We hope to visit this beautiful cabin again in the coming year.

Every review, every descriptive sentence is true... and much more. Two friends and I visited this awesome mountaintop treehouse for a long weekend. We just returned, and can honestly say this was one of the best vacations ever. Although we spent a great deal of time on the strip in Gatlinburg or at the shops in Sevierville, we also made a point to enjoy Dreamland. The cabin was comfortable and well-furnished. We couldn't have asked to deal with a nicer owner. And, another feature has been left out... LOCATION! This cabin is very near Knoxville, but also within just a few minutes of everything offered in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We'd made two or three trips a day "into town" and it was nothing but a beautiful drive. We will certainly be back, and we're hoping it's within this year! I've been to Gatlinburg area about 7 times now. We used to stay in hotels until our first cabin about 5 years ago. I hope to never stay in another cabin besides one of these three!

"Dreamland" was great, we enjoyed being here. Every time we come to Pigeon Forge we usually prefer staying in a cabin and "Dreamland" was one of our favorites. :) Most of our time was spent in the cabin. It was great to get away from all the people/crowd. The cabin was amazing and very cozy. :) We were bonding like crazy!!! We loved it here. We will definitely be coming back.

"Dreamland" was just as its name says a Dream Land. My husband and I used the cabin as our honeymoon get away and we had a really great time. It's tucked away in the mountain and just a short distance to town. We didn't want to leave and go home. We have already decided that this will be the place we stay at when we come back for visits. This is a beautiful quiet place...Thanks for making this a nice get away cabin for family vacations and honeymooners like us.

Your cabin is aptly named. It has truly been a dream. We came more to rest and relax, instead of the "touristy" things. We went to Cade's Cove and Roaring Forks. The strip is not our thing, so we preferred the peace of the swing, the rockers, the hot tub. This all reminds us of God's gift of beauty, around every curve. The scenery is beautiful enough to make you cry...It's been such a great family time...Thanks for building and maintaining this lovely place of respite.

What a beautiful little cabin. We were nestled so secluded yet close to all of our Pigeon Forge favorites. It was the perfect atmosphere for games at the kitchen table and coffee on the front porch rocker. We were very blessed to find such a wonderful "home" away from home.

Our family needed a break from the world and boy were we surprised when we arrived at Sugar Plum. It was nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the world but close enough for all our needs when necessary. We appreciated all the efforts taken to make sure that we arrived and had everything necessary to enjoy this brief respite. It was most relaxing and serene that I want to go back now and when stressed out at work I just think of Sugar Plum and my body starts relaxing. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. Very nice place to stay while in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area! We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. The affordable price is what sold us but once there we were overjoyed at the accommodations. Also, the homeowner, Miranda (and her Father) were most helpful to us during our stay. We will recommend Dreamland to our friends and family.
