It is exquisitely decorated with beautiful furniture, led flat screen tv;s, fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, ceiling fan, king-size bed with bath, and queen sofa sleeper in living room. It easily sleeps four.

Beautiful Unit! Appliances and flat screen TV's are extremely nice and the unit is beautifully decorated. Every attention to detail was made to make this a very comfortable condo. We have been staying in this area for over 15 years and it was our first time at Magnolia house. We are very impressed and will never stay anywhere else again! There are 2 pools and a hot tub. You have the choice of sitting on the beach or on the bay! This helped keep our active children entertained. We were able to see multiple firework shows on the 4th from the comfort and safety of the condo balcony. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit. (The ice dispenser needs repair, but everything else was perfectly clean and worked well). The lanai was a huge benefit! When you open the door to your unit, you are in a separate patio/lanai. We kept all our coolers, shoes, boogie boards, etc. out there and did not track any sand into the unit! The balcony is large and has seating for 4 and a table to seat 4. The view is amazing of the gulf and bay. We really enjoyed watching the boats come in and out every day. We will be back!
