La Vista is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with over 1,150 square feet of living space, located on the 3rd floor of the Poolside Villas complex on Holiday Isle in Destin. This quiet and gated community offers the perfect blend of comfort, views, and convenience. With elevator access, this condo is easily accessible and ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

The condo features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers twin bunk beds and access to a shared full bathroom. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room allows the unit to comfortably sleep up to six guests. The condo also includes a stacked washer and dryer, flat-panel HDTV, and free Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals or snacks after a day at the beach. A dining table seats four guests, and there’s additional seating at the breakfast bar. Step out onto your private balcony for stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Destin East Pass, and the jetties—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Poolside Villas offers direct access to 205 feet of sugar-white sand and is just steps from some of the best snorkeling and fishing spots in Destin. Guests also enjoy a community pool, BBQ grills.

The condo is just a short drive or bike ride from Destin’s popular restaurants, shops, and the Harbor Boardwalk, yet far enough to offer a peaceful retreat. Free uncovered parking is available onsite.

There is no physical check-in required. Guests will receive an email and text message seven days before arrival with a unique code and check-in instructions.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent and present for the duration of the stay—no exceptions. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Anniversary weekend

The condo was fabulous. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Location has its own private beach, lots of room, full kitchen and w/d. Ease of access to attractions amd local shopping.

Great location. Beautiful view

We came for a girls weekend it had a great time. Great location away from the busy areas but close enough its only a short drive to shops and restaurants. Convenient beach access. I will saybthe furniture in the main bedroom is too large for the room and is difficult to get around it. The condo was clean and comfortable. Great stay

We will be back

We loved the location and the commnication was so great. From day one if we needed anything they responded quickly. Only thing we suggest is the outdoor patio furniture made us a little nervous having a toddler since it was as tall as the railing. Maybe shorter table and chairs there. But overall an amazing stay. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully to the same place.

Senic Views

Even with the weather due to Beta out in the gulf we had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the balcony with the wonderful views. It was a bit of a walk to the beach area. But it was so worth it. The walk was beautiful. With the dunes, jetties, and wildlife. We saw pelicans, herons, and all kinds of birds. While we were fishing on the jetties we saw dolphins out in the bay. It was a great fishing spot. We caught red drum and flounder mostly. It was a great and relaxing time. Also can not say enough about Edgar. He is great. He answered all our questions and was just a text or phone call away. I don't think I have had better communication or customer service. I would give him more than 5 stars. He really wants to make your vacation great.

Great Views Condo

This condo is in a great location close to the ocean. Great Views! Quiet complex. The beach is very busy and the blue chairs and umbrellas are for Emerald Grande guests. There are shops and restaurants nearby that you can get to by car. Inside of condo could use some updating and also the furniture is oversized for the space. The baseboards are dirty. Be prepared to supply your own beach towels, chiars, umbrella, cooler if flying you may want to consider staying some place where these things are provided. Also, there are very limited supplies of paper towels, TP, trash bags, no napkins, plastic wrap, baggies, soap, shampoo/conditioner. Consider bringing your own or prepare to buy when you get there. Just all good things to know for your visit. Have a great time.

Labor Day getaway

Booked a last minute Labor Day long weekend getaway with a friend. We enjoyed our stay very much. The views from the living room and porch were amazing. The unit was comfortable and clean. Only negative was the hall bath which was small and cramped. The location was excellent, and it was a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and other beach options.

On the way there we had some car trouble and arrived a day late. The owner was very understanding and loved our arrival and departure a day so we still got the same amount of time there. There is some construction going on at the complex for much needed updates.

You can do better for the money

I'm going to provide an accurate description for those who search looking for the perfect view for the 1 week a year you spend at the beach. You walk in the door and there is a huge closet that separates all of the rooms. The living room furniture is falling apart. The balcony chairs are not steady. The kitchen has no ice maker. Counters, dishwasher and all are fine. There were 2 regular coffee cups and a lot of tiny tea cups. There are not enough bowls in the unit for a family of 5 to all have cereal at the same time. The dining room floor is broken in one spot. The master room furniture is huge and I'm 130 lb and had to turn to get to the other side of the bed. The bed feels like a brick. There were only 2 thin blankets for the 1 teen who slept on the couch. Bedding in master is very thin if your cold natured. The light switch by the bed-only 1 plug works. The shower in the master room leaks. There are several leaky repair spots on the ceiling of the condo. You can't sleep late or go to bed early because you can hear everything from the outside. The view is good. Which is why I booked this condo. It appears to be more private. But it's not. There are ships/ boats/ shuttles bringing people to this part of the ocean all day long. You can't sit on the balcony and hear waves. Distance is to far. Your required to pay a cleaning fee and the place wasn't clean. I would not recommend this for a stay. You can do better with the money this one cost.

Location great, it was clean, nice pool but while outside i notice tall jacks holding the building up. I side our condo the floors were buckling and i do have to say I was concerned. It is a very nice condo and communication was easy and friendly.

Great experience

This condo was absolutely lovely! My mother in law could watch us play on the beach from the living room, which she enjoyed. The location was great, the pool and facilities were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Relaxation
