This was our second time staying at this location. Despite the weather, (it snowed), we had a wonderful time. There was 6 of us and we had more then enough room. This home is comfortable and very clean. All the basic amenities are included. The bathrooms are nice, and the beds are pretty comfortable. The house is minimally decorated. The location is convenient for getting on the freeway. It's next to a shopping plaza with Safeway which was very convenient for us. My family of 4, sister and brother in law stayed here in October 2011. This vacation rental had plenty of room for us to laugh and share time without being in each others bubble. The outside patio was a bonus, providing ample room for my kids to run around safely. I especially loved the fact that we were in a gated community and that the rental property came with a garage to park in. Shopping for groceries entailed a quick trip down the street, and with all the kitchen amenities provided, dinner was done in a flash! Kudos to the owner for also providing PLASTIC plates and bowls for the little guys who aren't so steady with glass/ceramic plates quite yet! The owner was VERY accomodating and accessible before, during and after our stay which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here if we are ever in Tucson again. We were a party of six adults staying for 3 nights, and the vacation rental was priced fine and had plenty of room for us to be some what comfortable, however the floors could have been cleaner and there could have been an extra chair in the living room for seating.Did you find this review helpful? Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch. 10. Homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.
