  We stayed in this condo for a week during Mardi Gras this year and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect. It's close enough to enjoy many things yet set back just the right distance to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter. Bruce and Cam were very accommodating and went out of their way to get the few extra kitchen items we needed during our stay. Both the bed and inflatable, pull-out couch are extremely comfortable. We had a great time in the city as always and the comforts of the condo added to that experience. We will definitely be back to stay!

  My girlfriend and I could not have had a better time in New Orleans over her spring break. It was both of our first times out there, and we absolutely lucked out staying here. You are only a few blocks away from the center of all the excitement on Bourbon street, and the St. Louis cemetery #1 is just a short walk away as well. The condo is inside of a gated residence so you feel comfortable and at ease going to bed every night. There are parking spaces available however most must see sites are within easy walking distance of the condo. I would strongly recommend taking a trip to the Big Easy, and staying with Cam is the perfect way to do it.

  I have nothing bad to say about this rental and I highly recommend if you want to stay in the French Quarter for your next New Orleans visit. Unit is safe and secure and is just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The unit was clean and modern.

  My husband and son gave me a trip to New Orleans for my birthday and I found this terrific condo for our stay. Cam, the owner, was very pleasant and responsive during the reservation process and the accommodation is just lovely. Our plane was delayed and so we arrived very late, and Cam had prepared the sofa bed in the living room for our son so it was all ready when we finally got in at 1:00 am. What a thoughtful thing to do! The condo was very clean and even prettier than the photos. There are also bathrobes provided! We found the location to be very good, close enough to walk all over the Quarter, to the aquarium, St. Charles streetcar, etc., but far enough off Bourbon Street to avoid the noise. Highly recommend this place and hope to return!

  Let me start by saying the pictures posted are very accurate, this condo is as cute and clean as the pictures show it to be!!! This condo was better than we had hoped for, so close to everything but yet far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. We also loved that it was behind a secure gate. Bruce and Cam were so easy to deal with, and very accomodating with our flight times for check in and check out. The neighborhood was very safe and well lit and we are hoping to return to the French Quarter again for another visit and this will be the first condo we look at and we would love to stay here again!

  I highly recommend this VRBO. It is located just a couple blocks from all the excitement of the French Quarter but yet far away to also enjoy some much needed down time after a night at Bourbon Street! Not only is the location great but the condo itself is very well kept, very clean and perfect size. The bed was super comfortable as well. We were there for 4 days and couldn't have been happier. I have stayed at hotels in the French Quarter and it does not compare for the $$$. The owner and manager were also very pleasant and I did not have any trouble communicating with them on anything we needed or questions we had. Our next trip we will be staying there again. Thank you for everything Cam and Bruce. Oh and thanks again for the coffee... we needed it. ;o)

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! Cam was very friendly and the apartment was gorgeous. The bed was extremely comfortable and if you close the shutters you probably get the best night sleep you have had in a long time. It is only a few short blocks to bourbon st and all other attractions in the french quarter. It was very nice to be able to go out and come back to a nice air conditioned place to rest for a minute. Overall this was a great experience, and we cant wait to go back and stay there again someday.

  I have been down to Mardi Gras with my girlfriends three years in a row now, and this was hands down the best experience due in large part to this lovely condo. The second I notified the coordinator of my interest she responded and drew up a professional contract. Upon my arrival I was greeted with the same professionalism and friendliness (the owner lives right above the unit). The condo is way more spacious than the hotel rooms I have booked for Mardi Gras in the past, and cheaper! Not to mention there is a kitchen and laundry. The owner even gave us some coffee! This is a fantastic deal.

  My wife and I spent a week in this condo. It was exactly as described in the VRBO listing and more. Camela and Bruce were both wonderful to work with and did everything they could to make our stay even more enjoyable. The condo was extremely clean, nicely equipped, very well maintained, and safe. We loved the location of the condo and the gated environment. We parked our car in the secure area when we arrived and spent the whole week walking everywhere in the French Quarter. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

  I stayed here with two friends for a weekend. The location was perfect, and we were able to park our car and not move it all weekend. The condo looks just like the pictures - clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. The wi-fi and cable were also a nice touch. I would recommend this condo to anyone, and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks, Cam, for having us!
