Lovely home with a little tiny pool for cooling down on hot NOLA nights. Located super close to many wonderful options for dining, drinks, coffee, groceries in a beautiful classic NOLA neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay here and easily walked to and from the French Quarter during our stay! The AC is two window units that are probably nearing the end of their lives but this wasn't a big deal. The pool is awesome and great for relaxing after your day out exploring. Hosts are awesome and answered any and all questions we had!
Located in a rich cultural part of the city. Everything in walking distance. Our stay was cozy and loved the patio and boutique pool to relax. Great communication from owner Tom and very accommodating and facilitated our late arrival. Local beers and chips were so welcoming.
The check in was easy and were able to get in early since it was vacant the night before. The location was quiet and convenient to get around. Definitely would stay there again!
Tim is very nice and responsive. The place could use some cleaning and upgrades, but it was an overall pleasant experience.

Nice
Great location beautiful garden area. Didn’t realize it was a shared common area but we got lucky and nobody else was there. Host was great would be nice to have another bed side table and area for computer for people that need to set up for work. Maybe some updates close to all you want to do. Would return
Great place to stay! Not the greatest neighborhood but I don't come to new Orleans for quite - lol - everything was well planned, well prepared and clean.
We were close enough to the French quarter to easily walk everywhere yet far enough to get a comfy and quiet sleep! Plus grocery store around the corner! Awesome stay!
This home was the best part of our stay in New Orleans! It was comfortable and cute, and the neighbor hood and shops were our favorites. We loved sitting in the courtyard and relaxing. Roch market was our favorite, and the salty pearl was our favorite dining experience! We got oysters and the seafood gumbo and both were phenomenal. The bloody Mary from the bar next to the oyster place was the best I've ever had. We also loved viewing the art at the spiritual center across the street. Beautiful, amazing, and inspirational!
We absolutely loved this beautiful home! It was perfect for our weekend getaway! If this home is available don’t wait, book it now! Tom was a great host and replied back asap when we needed him for anything.
Good communication from Tom, check-in and check-out were easy. Definitely got the feel of authentic New Orleans. Wouldn't stay here again but overall a good trip.

Lookout for skateboard size cockroaches!
Place was indeed on the cute side. However the entire place needs a TON OF TLC. Holes in wall, holes in window, giant sized bugs I think I found 7 of these creatures. Placed was full of dust. Owner states that there’s a cleaning service well all I can say is that they need ladders and glasses as witnessed by my pics. Shower head needs to be replaced, wall cabinets look like they are going to fall off the wall. Air conditioner in the bedroom needs to be replaced, also the sitting pool was very murky there was no way I was going to get in there. The faucets in bathroom sink need replacing, I could continue but believe me if we return to New Orleans it would NOT BE HERE.
Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2! Easy walking distance to everything & convenient to restaurants, coffee, etc. vibrant neighborhood. I really enjoyed the garden common area! Will be back!
Cute little cottage close to great food at St. Roche Market & City Market. Close to blue bike station. Bus stop (1.25 blocks) & Streetcar (4 blocks) are close. Place needs a deep cleaning, but general areas are clean & linens were clean & it was fine for me. Would stay here again.
ay here again.
Excellent place to stay. Good day with her, good amenities, good communication. Highly recommended for anyone who knows who wants or is just discovering yet.

Quaint but in need of attention
Home was as described, however it needed some cleaning and could use some upgrades. Owners were pleasant to deal with. Located in a bit of a rough looking neighborhood. Bar across the street means loud at night and train tracks near by mean noise in the morning! Bed was comfortable, but noise level meant not much sleep.
Perfect location for a calm and relaxing stay. Our host was available and informative, the home was clean and homey. Felt like living the real NOLA life.
Food, fun and finds nearby. 10/10 stay!
We absolutely loved staying here. Tom was great to work with and kept on contact the entire time. If we ever get the opportunity to come to New orleans again we will definitely rent this house again.
I loved staying here. It was close enough to things i wanted to do and in a quiet neighborhood. My travel plans were a little rough with getting down to New Orleans but Tom was very understanding of it met me at the door to give me the keys for me my stay

It wasn't quite what we expected.
Overall our stay was fine.. however it doesn't say in the listing that this is a guest house, nor does it say that th courtyard is shared by 4 properties. The sitting pool wasn't available for use either. The overall cleanliness of the house could use some work.. it was surface clean but there was a thick layer of dust on all the windows, the fan and the AC units were caked on it. Could be why the AC was so incredibly loud in the bedroom that we had to buy ear plugs. We did kill one huge cockroach in the kitchen, but didn't spot anymore outside. However you could see them crawling in th courtyard Overall if you're not looking for fancy or privacy, it'll work.. we still enjoyed our time in Nola and the host was very pleasant at least.
