  This was our third visit to the Bandon House and once again we had a wonderful experience! The house is amazing. The media room with 1000 movies and real popcorn machine is not to be missed. The location is fantastic for getting away from it all but just minutes to the beach and to Old Town Bandon. Great for a small group or a family reunion. Lots of room for everyone! You will not be disappointed!

  Beautiful beach views-probably the best in Bandon. Fantastic attention to detail - fresh bread waiting for us and three place settings on the table. The sunset was truly spectacular. We sat for hours in the comfortable furniture watching the waves.

  We stayed here for just 3 nights and wish it could have been more. The views were just beautiful, and we spend many hours enjoying it in this clean, comfortable and well appointed house.

  Another wonderful week at Seabreeze at face rock. The host's, Jim and Rosalina were great, always there when you might need them, yet you never see them when you don't need them. The view is extraordinary, and the accommodations were spotless. One of the great features of the property is that you can walk 75 yards down the street, have a great dinner at Lord Bennetts, and enjoy a bottle (or two) of wine, and walk back.   Seabreeze at Facerock was lovely. We were met at the home by the owner who walked us through, described the workings of the home, (appliances, jacuzzi tub, etc) and encouraged us to call him should we have ANY problems or questions, so he could addresss them. We never needed to bother him as the house is in perfect condition. The aforementioned bottle of wine and freshly baked bread spoken of in other reviews were prepped and provided the home with a wonderful aroma. The house was meticulously clean, a real sticking point for me with so many other rentals. The layout is incredible. The open floor plan of the living, dining area and kitchen mean that time together with friends and family have an ease that ensures conversation. Bedrooms are lovely and ample in size and far enough removed from the living areas that you can retire when you want to and not have spillover noise. The beds were comfy. I loved the jacuzzi master bath and soaked away life's little stresses with a nice glass of wine and burning candles. The kitchen got a lot of use as we decided that the view from our setting was nicer than anything on the coast. With those great appliances and some shopping at Tigard at Wholefoods on the way down from Portland... well, there were some spectacular meals. (We did enjoy sipping chocolates at Coastal Mist and loved the 2nd Street Gallery and the book store, Winter River, where I got a devine hat and beautiful book on fly fishing) The oldtown is very nice, some great fish is available from puveyors by the docs. Then you can return to your cliff nest and saute up that fresh salmon or halbut and enjoy a lovely evening watching the setting sun and dancing clouds color the beach. I could stand at that long kitchen counter forever and stare out at the seas, surf and rocks of Bandon. Wish my kitchen at home had such a view. In fact that views are hard to beat. I have stayed at a couple of different homes in Bandon and this house has the total package. It's also the first property I have stayed at that doesn't have a ton of stairs to contend with. I can bring my elderly mother with me on the next trip and she can get in and out of this home without a single stair to deal with! Seabreeze has a great layout, luxury appointments, killer views and the attention of an owner that obviously cares about maintaining his jewel of a home. This home will be my go-to home when visiting Bandon.

  Beautiful home. Exactly as pictured. Quiet area, very relaxing.. My two sisters and I stayed for a girl's retreat. Perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed some shopping at Bandon by the Sea. Sightseeing.. The beautiful view of the ocean from the living room was breathtaking. And the sunsets? OMG We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.. I have stayed at others in the area, but this was my best experience by far. Well worth it.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house and loved the awesome view every morning and evening just relaxing on the deck. We also liked the restuarants and stores are close by. The house had everthing we needed and the owners were very helpful in preparing our visit and loved the fresh bread they had waiting for us.   We have stayed in several vacation rental homes and this is one of the nicest we've experienced. The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The owner was very easy to work with. The ocean views from this home are truly breathtaking. It's a short trip to cute Old Town Bandon for shopping and restaurants, and the nearby beach access made it easy for walks and picture taking.

  We are still thinking about the wonderful stay we had at this amazing home and are hoping to return again at a future time. We were there for 4 nights at the beginning of September and truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. The other reviewers have described it to a "T" so please make sure you read the other reviews for more details. The rocker/recliner in the living area became my sanctuary spot every morning. Its location provided a great view of the beach below, the surf and the horizon. It was a wonderful way to start the day, each day we were there. The home was very clean and the owner's are very accommodating. They are there if you have questions but you don't see them around at all if you don't need them. There is a long staircase to get to the beach but it's worth every step down and up so you can see the amazing rocks up close and personal. Since we enjoyed our visit so much, we've shared the VRBO link with several of our friends already. One of the best and most relaxing vacations we've taken in a long time and we plan on doing it again

  Our stay was beyond memorable. This is not a cut rate rental and it is pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for. No shortcuts have been taken on construction or amenities whether it's the memory foam beds, first class bedding, appliances, furnishing and more. Everything was really spot on but a few things stand out to us. I(the tired harried mother of the bunch) loved the large jetted tub in the master. When we got back from the beach we'd throw the kids in there to rinse off and I would unwind in it later. We have a beautiful home in coastal southern California but I don't have a tub like that! The view was unsurpassed, we just marveled over and over again how pretty it was, the windows are perfectly positioned to give you this seeping, panoramic vista. The kitchen was open and easy to cook in though if it were my home and I was cooking daily, I would add a nice set of knives to round out what thy already have. When we arrived the fresh bread in the bread maker and coffee was a nice treat as the kids and hubbie were super hungry and it tided us over until we were able to freshen up for dinner out. Jim was available and easy to reach with any questions or requests and incredibly helpful and hospitable. We visited 10 days and it was amazing how quickly it felt like home. We visited in August and the weather is cooler than we are used to but a nice repute from the warm summers. If you are hoping for swimsuits and swimming, this is not the best bet but our kids didn't care, the low tide array of starfish and sea life was engrossing and educational, our favorite morning activity. The only suggestion I would make to Jim would be to improve the wireless connection as we found it to be a it temperamental. We always got on so had access to emails etc. but we had to reset it frequently. This is easy to fix and some vacationers might not even care with all the mobile devices and such. I would without hesitation recommend Bandon and this luxury vacation home to friends and upscale travelers. From the food to the beac horseback riding to the state parks and more, there was plenty to do to fill our ten day stay and we manned to fit in relaxing too. If I had the money for two houses, this one would be our second home.
