Our comfortable one bedroom condo by the beach is located at SEAMIST CONDOMINIUMS ~ 810 Banyan Beach Drive #130. Banyan Beach Drive is off of 11th Street and is close to Sandcastle Drive.
The condo is on the 2nd floor and has a private balcony off of the living room. Here you can enjoy yourself while kicked back enjoying your favorite beverage.
There is also a private area off of the bedroom to enjoy the beautiful lawn area loaded with picnic tables and BBQ grills. We now have our own pool! It's just steps from the condo to the sparkling water!
There is a king sized bed in the bedroom for your sleeping comfort. We offer a futon in the living room for extra guests to sleep on. Linens and pillows are provided.
Double sinks in the bathroom area make getting ready a breeze. We even have a stackable washer & dryer located in the bathroom area for your use.
A cozy table for two is in the living room area as well as 4 barstools at the kitchen counter for extra places to enjoy the catch of the day or your favorite home cooking. There is also a comfortable loveseat and reclining chair for extra seating space.
We provide basic cooking items such as pots & pans, dishes, utensils, etc., and of course the standard items like a coffee pot, microwave and dishwasher.
Sorry, NO BOAT PARKING IS ALLOWED & NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
A walk to the beach is effortless ~ with a wooden boardwalk over the sand dunes. The beach is about 150 yards from the condo.
We offer a reasonable price for a very comfortable stay. See you at the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo! We loved watching the ships from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed for our whole family, and being upstairs made it extra quiet. The quick walk over the boardwalk made ocean access very convenient. We plan to return this summer!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
